The buffet service was great, able to chose items which suited our dietary requirements. Plenty of choice and quantity in the breakfast buffet. Being on the sea front, actually on the sea front not over the road.

The lack of Vegetarian options., Albanians don't understand Vegetarianism. The lack of a guide "to how to order a meal in Albania" and how it would be served. The lack of a light bite at lunchtime. No fruit on the evening memu

We enjoyed our stay. Very good room with perfect view. They've cleaned the room every day. Very smiled and good people there - from the girl on the reception from the waiters to the wemen clearing the rooms. The location of the hotel and the beach are also perfect.

The pool - they put too much chemistry there. It's almost impossible to stay there whan you drop down your head. It's smells badly. I see there must be chemistry there but it's 3, 4 times more than the normal dose. That's why nobody use the pool. The internet - it's good when it's there :) there were much periods when it comes and goes. So you never know if you be lucky and could you finish your job or you must count on roaming service. Tere was no coca cola zero or anything else withtout sugar. So they forgot about all diabetics :) ....hey we are also humans :)

Everyone was very polite and helpful. I didn't have any issues getting to the room even though we arrived very late. The desk person helped us printing the boarding pass, and the ladies cleaning the rooms weres absolutely lovely. Hotel is very beautiful with a great view from a private large balcony. Breakfast was also included in the price which was a bonus. Overall we were very happy and pleasantly surprised with the quality. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful ocean views. Location was great as you could walk 20mins in each direction and have a number of restaurants and bars. The deck was large and was very nice to have in the evenings. Beach area was nice. People do start reserving spots early (7am). But the staff do a good job making sure no one takes more space then they should. Each room was entitled to 1 area (2 loungers and 1 umbrella). Left plenty of space and we never had a problem getting a spot on the beach. I felt the value was well worth it.

Before visiting we saw most the negative reviews were about the breakfast. This would be the downside but I can’t say it’s better anywhere else we’ve stayed. The food is fine, enough variety and the coffee is good (which for us is priority).

Very spacious room, with big and comfortable bed and balcony. The breakfast was very good (only missing more choice of bread). The restaurant is also very good and the spa area is nice. There is a big supermarket right in front of the hotel.

The beach is not great. It was April and they were preparing the season but you can walk a little on the left and find good sand for the kids (with the typical waste that we find in Albanian beaches still).

I like how everywhere was clean .I liked the bed ,the mattress was soft but I thought it was comy,if you don't like a soft mattress maybe you won't like it . We were only bed and breakfast. A kettle and cups were provided in the room but no tea or coffees provided.

Nice modern hotel, nice pool and beach area, nice restaurant, nice walk along the beach past the other newer hotels, much better area than further up, nice design.

Service for coffee etc in the bar area outside was a bit slow, the bedrooms were lovely and modern but pretty small, there wasn’t really even space for our suitcases. Breakfast was bad - you would expect much better from a hotel of this price but this is the same in all the hotels in the area - it was chaos, the food wasn’t good, there wasn’t glasses for juice or cups for coffee, staff weren’t clearing tables. In the restaurant no one was checking your room number either so you could probably just walk off the street and help yourself to breakfast - it was chaotic.

Location was great, room was comfortable, with a lot of space. Outside pool was also extraordinary. The view was also beautiful, very clean and modern hotel.

Breakfast was poor for that level, food was cold, old and drinks were so bad…

Out stay at the hotel was amazing, the rooms were very nice and cleaned regularly, the food was good and the staff was very helpful. The beach was great, we had complimentary sunbeds and the lifeguard was very nice. There are nice places to go out near Eter und a good halal restaurant just behind the hotel. The hotel has exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is very clean. Beautifully decorated. The beach is clean. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast is above average compared to other hotels in Albania where I stayed. The staff is very friendly.

Considering that we are coming from far away and that the road through Albania is very demanding, we arrived at the hotel at 12:00, while check-in is at 2:00 p.m. The staff at the reception was very specific that we could only enter the room then. So far, the staff in other hotels have always tried to find a solution. For example, to leave things in the room and change clothes so that we can go to the beach until the room is ready... In addition, I did not like that there are no rules at the outdoor pool. The pool is always full of children without parental supervision. Jumping into the pool is allowed, even the boy who is supposed to maintain order at the pool jumps...
