Big, comfortable apartment with everything you might need for a stay. Owner was a great guy, very friendly and available for anything you might need. Lovely view of the evening sun from our balcony. Plenty of on-site parking available too. Excellent value for money

I feel bad saying this as a negative thing, but if you don't have your own transport this may not be the best place to stay: it is at the far north of Sarande so a good 20-25 min walk to the start of the main beachfront strip. Not a problem for us as we had a car, and to be honest it was nice to go back somewhere a little quieter at the end of the evening!

The host Niko is very kind. The room was very clean. The kitchen had everything, there was even oil, salt and pepper. Location is great. It is within a walking distance from the center and it is in a quiet area. We allways had parking in closed and secure area which was important to us. If we are coming again in Saranda we would definitely come here again.

I rented the cheapest room but it was nice designed, very clear and comfortable, well equipped. It has terassa even on the 1st floor. The owners are very hospitable and check-in was easy and quick. There was available place for my car in private parking. There is possibility to get paid breakfast in the hotel which is 2 mins walking from the apartments The breakfast was good and well served. For late check-in the apartments is very suitable.

Just two things. Probably those do not impact good staying. I followed address from the Booking confirmation using Google map navigation and it led me to street from which no entrance to the the apartments. Great that I met man who guided me how to reach the entrance. When I was selecting the apartment I checked on the map that sea is very close. And it is. But I was not able to reach the sea at the evening because there was some economic port which was locked. Of course it is possible to walk longer and reach seaside just I was expecting to do it easier.

Very well equiped apartament with kitchen utensils. It was very clean. Nice size of the room and balcony. Supermarket is close by. We are very grateful to the owner, because we arrived late at night, but he was waiting for us to hive us Keys. Thank you so much.

It is very close to the paid beach. Public beach is approx. 1 km away, but it is very nice walk through the city.

The owner of the apartment was very helpful and friendly. We arrived to the apartment in evening time, when it was dark already. Then we decided to walk to the promenade, which is around 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The owner gave us a ride to the promenade with his personal car. The owner is good in English and it made it easy to communicate. The room was comfy and spacious.

Hosts were based on the property. Sometimes with apartments, you never meet the host. They were there to assist with questions and give directions. It was about a 15-20min walk to centre of town. The room was great, it was a loft style room.

The bathroom was a bit tight, but that was the only thing that could have been better.

It was as described and seen on the pictures. Pretty clean, calm and with comfortable beds.

Even tho it’s written it’s located very close to the seaside, the nearest beach is 15 minutes away by foot. They don’t let you talk after 10pm, so you need to have the wondows closed. Some dishes were dirty.

Hosts were very kind, Niko and his wife! Apartment is great, free private parking...Restaurant below Relax Hotel is also excellent! Everything was great! Perfect value for many we paid!

Streets and neighborhood could be a little cleaner, but it's not a Niko's fault...🙁

The room was enough big for 2 persons who had to work during the day. Also we had a table on the balcony where we usually had breakfasts and lunches. Good internet was helpful for work (except 2 accidents where it disapared). Friendly owners and stuff and also neighbors.

Super clean and modern. Perfect location with an easy walk to town or to nice private spots and hiking along the coast. The house is set back from the rpad, so it os both convenient and quiet. The owners are a lovely family.
