The hotel is optimally located: 10 minutes of walking from the Saranda promenade, in a calm (but slightly hilly) area. A big advantage is the great and varied breakfast, as well as super clean room with a fridge and basic kitchen utensils. The view from the room on the 4th floor was magnificent, perfect for enjoying sunsets over the city.

Even though the staff tried to provide an alternative solution, the WiFi signal kept interrupting. The shower in the bathroom was completely open and there was no additional feet towel provided. The coffee at the breakfast was of the "pour over" type (reminiscent of typical German and American "diarrhea" coffees) thus below average for a Mediterranean country.

Very good location - it is quite close to the center and, on the other side, there is no big traffic when you are going to south beaches by car. Wonderfull sea view from teraces (on higher floors). Hosts are very polite, They are going to help you whatever you want.

Bathrooms have good size, but it would be nice to put some kind of shield around the standing tub. Now the water must be wiped off every time after showering. Wifi is weak when multiple users in the hotel are connected to it at the same time. There is little space for parking, but the hosts do everything to allow you to park in/out without problems.

Fantastic service and amazing place. The staff are very friendly and service minded.

Location was great just off the main road with all the shops and resto and bakeries. 15 mins to sarande promenade. Breakfast was great and lot of variety and fresh fruits. Family run establishment and they are super friendly and did all thry could to make our stay wonderful. They suggested soo many good places to go and visit and eat at. it was the wife's birthday and they made it super special with decorating with balloons and a special bottle. Couldnt of asked for a better service from them all so thank you so much for making it a beautiful stay!! we will return!!!

Everything was perfext.

We loved our stay at UnicoApart Hotel. The hotel is ran by a family who are all lovely - Ledd on reception was most helpful provided us with lots of tips and recommendations. The uncle even took us to the castle and showed us all the best spots for photographs (check with the staff about lifts as some of the taxi drivers ripped us off). The rooms were clean and had a lovely pink wall and comfortable beds. The sunset from the balcony over the sea was beautiful. It's so close to many fantastic restaurants and the beach club Lost Seaside and Copacabana but still quiet enough. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main promenade. We don't really eat breakfast but we went down one day for fruit and there seemed to be lots of choice. The hotela rranged pick up and drop off for us.

We loved all of it but if we were to nitpick I think a shower curtain or screen would be great.

Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the view was amazing. Location is good, close to good restaurants and to the main part of Sarande. It was also easy to drive from the apartment to Ksamil. Breakfast was great, nice coffee, food, fresh cooked eggs, sausages, albanian doughnuts, a nice way to start your day.

There are no curtains in the bathroom, so after the shower the bathroom is full of water, that can be slippery. We didn't use the kitchen, but there weren't sponge, detergent, etc.. you might need to ask them for it or buy yourself.

Parking place was ready, a guy came to help us with luggage. Fast check-in. Comfortable hard bed, nice smelling lining. Nice sea view, balcony with a table and chairs. Small kitchen with plates, glasses, a pan. Enough sockets. Breakfest 9* (juices, jogurt, eggs, sausages, jam, tea, milk, cereals...) Close to shops and restaurants, not far from the public beach and harbour.

Red curtains let too much light come inside (and balcony light will switch of late at night). You can close the door, but then no fresh air is blowing. Left half of mosquito net was broken, so we closed the door on that side. Smell in the kitchen cubbords.

Everyone from the staff was very helpful, kind and did everything they could. We arrived later than we should have, it wasn't a problem. There were some mixing up with the rooms, but they figured out a great solution for everyone. We asked for help with car rent, it wasn't a problem. The location is great, just far enough from the center to not hear music at night, 2 minutes from a shop and the bus station to Ksamil

Perfect location on very quiet street but close to the beach, the promenade, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We had a nice view from balcony and room was perfectly clean. Also staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

There is nothing to complain about.
