The stuff was super helpful and nice, the room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was full of options but there was a lot of local things we didn’t know before, but after trying out everything we were satisfied and found the things we liked :) The location is perfect, it’s a walking distance from the center and you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars in the area. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the building so you can get to the bus terminal or basically anywhere really comfortably. I’d strongly recommend this hotel for anyone!

The noise insulation could have been better but it was a great experience overall.

We were greeted and shown to a beautiful, stylish and spacious suite with terrace which definitely exceeded expectations and was very clean, comfortable and a centrally located place from which to explore the city. The staff were always available to help 24/7 but we also had full privacy and never felt disturbed. This is the perfect combination of service which some hotels fail on but Albanopolis achieved the perfect balance and we felt very much at home. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever visiting Tirana.

There was really nothing lacking in our stay, maybe the bed was too comfortable making me wake up too late for the delicious breakfast on some mornings

The staff is always super kind, the lady at the reception even recognized us after 6 months. The rooms are always spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is copious. I think the fact that we came back here again after 6 months speaks volumes. This time our flight left really late, and they let us left our luggage at the hotel. I recommend this property to everyone who’s look for a good price-value ratio!

Excellent location, barely 10 minutes walking distance from city center. Fairly big room size. Very helpful and attentive staff members.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment - the choice was average, the cooked omlette and/or fired eggs were more of a disaster. The aircon in a room was blowing directly towards the bed - but it's not unexpected given the room size.

Perfect location, VERY comfortable bed, and extremely helpful members of staff at the reception desk - they made us feel very welcome and well looked after.

Our room was looking over the main street below, which could get a little noisy at times, although that's not the hotel's fault! Also, the smell from the smokers' room would occasionally filter into the reception area.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us find a good local restaurant. Although tea and coffee making facilities are not common in Albanian hotels, as soon as we asked, they were provided for us. Also, because we had to checkout at 5 in the morning and couldn’t have the normal breakfast, they kindly gave us a packed meal. It’s as though nothing was too much trouble for them!

The staff were lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. They were kind enough to make us breakfast early and let us leave our luggage for two extra days when we went to do the Valbone to Theth hike.

The room had a very strong tobacco smell, and there were a couple of bits in the room and bathroom that could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

Good location. 20 minute walk to the centre. Good breakfast. The room was clean.

Was not allowed to fill my water bottle from the water container as told the water was only for breakfast. That was the only disappointing issue I had with the hotel, No kettle in room. I am Brish need to be able to make cup of tea !!!

The room is massive and very well equipped. The balcony was very big too although we did not use it. Amazing jacuzzi in the bathroom. The bed was very big and super comfortable. The breakfast although not much variety, was amazing. The staff was very helpful and even parked the car for us on our arrival. The hotel is located around 15 minutes walk from the main square. Thanks so much for the stay!

Nothing! Everything was great.

Reception and waiters were very kind, polite and helpful for anything also breakfast love it. My room kingsize double bed for two nights and bathroom was big and comfy. Then one night in Junior Suite room is wonderful wide extra kings size bed with sofa and coffee table, balcony, bed sheets are beautiful, tv and everything is perfect. I would like to thank you Shkelqim for being so lovely and kind for helping me about the travel and visit the town.
