A very friendly homely place to say in central Tirana, tucked away from the busy streets in its own well kept peaceful garden. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square. Great change from the impersonal chain hotels. Room was cosy and spacious with AC. Handy fridge in the room. Very comfortable bed. Small ensuite bathroom with shower. The breakfast was excellent and vegans well catered for (worth mentioning when booking). Breakfast room cosy and well decorated. We got a good dose of classic Albanian film culture at breakfast time from the tv which was an excellent introduction to something we'd never really experienced before.

Everything was really good. The small bathroom in our room was a wet room which I'm not a big fan of but that's just personal and does not reflect on the good standard of the facilities.

Very nice and pleasant. We ask for a transfer for the airport and although we arrived late at night (after midnight), they were waiting for us and were extremelly kind and polite. The staff was was very nice - the room was confortable and a typical Albanian breakfast was included in the price. Overall a very nice expreience close to the center of Tirana.

We only stay for one night, so we were very happy with the room and breakast - clean, nice staff and good location. Price-quality ensured.

lovely quirky hotel in a great location near all the sites and airport bus stop, large clean room with huge bed! beautiful yard with orange trees and several beautifully decorated seating areas with outdoor bar. All the people are so friendly, always helpful and smiling and made us feel very comfortable. excellent freshly home cooked breakfast!! the card machine didn’t work for us that morning, but fortunately there is a cash point about 5 minutes walk away so we had just enough time to get cash out and get our airport bus. we will definitely go back there when we are in Tirana!

Good Albanian-style breakfast. Pleasant hosts and tourist information available in office. Building is a 1935 villa, in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Tirana. Somewhat difficult to locate on Google Maps. Very quiet location (hard to believe but true.) Upstairs units are reached by a narrow exterior circular stair case which maybe of concern to handicapped and older travelers. We travel with a lot of luggage and were fortunate to get a ground level.

This would be a perfect property except for the strong mold and drain odors in the bathroom which are impossible to ignore. The building is old yet well-maintained, and I believe the drain problem could be mitigated.

A charming property right in the center of Tirana. Charactersome and well maintained. Tastefully decorated. The owner Edmond was very helpful and friendly. We arrived very late and he was happy to wait for us to arrive, and welcomed me and my family with a smile, made us comfortable and left. The property combined with Edmond's welcoming service made this stay a memorable one for me and my family.

The best place in Tirana. Oasis of peace. The host is super friendly and kind. He has amazing taste for music. Before my cycling journey I have listened Dean Martin music at breakfast. It was so out of this world experience. He kept my cycling box. Breakfast is simply stunning. Everyone should experience it. Room was spacious and super clean. Total bravo. Not 10 but 100 points.

Nice, varied breakfast buffet with local specialities. Quiet, peaceful location right in the center of town. Big room and large, comfortable bed and fridge, A/C. Pleasant covered spaces to hang out in the back yard. Delightful owner and friendly staff.

The entrance was a bit hard to find at the end of a dark alley. The bathroom was cramped and somewhat dysfunctional, e.g. with a towel rack that was placed inside the shower and not properly fastened to the wall.

The villa is quite pretty and 5 min walking to the center of Tirana. The breakfast was out of this world: typical Albanian breakfast made daily by a very welcoming cook. The hotel adapted to our arrival time, despite having had a long delay from our flight.

Some rooms may be hard to access if you have problems with stairs.

Breakfast was very good, eggs straight from the pan to the plate were great! Hotel has very good location, close to city center. Our rooms were charming, we had private terrace with two sofas, great for evening chat :-). Staff is friendly and very helpfull. Thank you very much!!!

The welcoming greeting by both hoteliers was outstanding. The hotel is truly 'a hidden diamond' in the heat of Tirana. The room was great and the breakfast was the best we've had so far on our trip. And I await our next stay at Vila 15 at the end of our trip. Highly recommended for a stay in Tirana
