The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is great with a supermarket around the corner and many bars and restaurants within walking distance. It's also a short walk to many popular destinations. Mira, the host, is wonderful. She was always available to answer questions and did a great job communicating important information to us and helping us with transportation to the airport. Also, she shared a very professional Tirana travel booklet and it was so helpful. We really appreciated all of her help.

We didn't realize when we booked the apartment that it had a shared kitchen space. The kitchen is shared with the other units, 4 or 5 of them. And, the kitchen wasn't really adequately stocked. When we travel, we do like to cook sometimes, but we couldn't really do that here.

Retreat apartments is really great - Kristina and her team made me feel so welcome and were really helpful in all aspects of my stay. Kristina was very responsive on WhatsApp, and even sent a helpful video with clear instructions on how to access the apartment, and a helpful guidebook of Tirana. The apartment was excellent value for money, given the location right in the heart of Tirana. Great rain shower in the bathroom and excellent wi-fi.

The apartment is located in central Tirana which is great, however, the flip side of this means that there can be some noise outside from the street. This is obviously outside the owner's control but worth mentioning.

great location, great communication from staff as to where it was and where we could get the key from. when we walked into the apartment we couldn't believe our eyes it was beautiful inside especially the bathroom! great value for money & would highly recommend!

only 2 things I can comment on is I didn't realise payment wasn't done before and was actually done when there, woke up to messages asking for the money so could have planned that a little better and pre made a time to have that collected. overall though not a problem. second was the door handle into our apartment was coming off which made it hard to open & close.

We reached the apartment by taxi from the airport, and Mira was waiting for us by the roadside. The location is great. We did walk around the town to go to attraction places with no problem. There are lots of small shops around the corner. Check-in was easy by access card. The room is sufficient in size. The bathroom was spacious. However, maybe the host can improve on the basic amenities (shampoo, shower gel, etc) and provide bigger dustbin. Luckily, the bed was good and comfy. Pillows and the blanket were very comfortable. They have a common area, but if there is a microwave, would be great. There are basic kitchenware, but no soap to wash them after we used it. The dustbin in the common area is also very small. Not a deal breaker, just giving a few positive comments so that the host would upgrade their facilities to serve future customers better. Overall, it was a good stay at Tirana town.

Basic amenities and facilities provided in the common area can be better

We stayed 3 nights with a family of 3. The apartment is located very near to Skanderbeg Square and other popular attractions. It has all the facilities in the room including community kitchen, dining area and grocery store right at the ground floor. The Bbloku area is also close by where you can find several pubs, clubs and bars. The check-in and check-out was super easy. I appreciate Besa for support during Check-in and during our stay. Besa took care of all the necessities. Besa also made sure that our Rooms gets cleaned everyday. The recommendations provided were also fantastic. And she also allowed us to pay by card that was super cool. I recommend anyone who wants to stay in Tirana, go for it without thinking about anything else. This is the best accommodation.

Excellent location in the center of Tirana, near Skanderberg square and Blloku. So a lot of restaurants, bars and musea within 5 minutes walk. Supermarket downstairs'. Spacious rooms. Nice balcony. New towels if wanted. Airco was working good. Check-inn/check-out and payment easy. Host (Besa) very friendly and almost instant response on Whatsapp. Free small guide on mail/Whatsapp. Friendly housekeeping.

Some small things: TV was not working fine. For our EC football match we had to go elsewhere. No shower rack. Kitchen is not in the room, but shared with the other visitors.

We loved the room as it was conveniently located and clean, large enough for all three of us and had all of the facilities that we needed for our stay! We had a flight delay on the way in and struggled with internet when we got into the country so had a little bit of difficulty finding the building but Mira who looked after us was so accommodating and waited for us, checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed including local bar and restaurant recommendations and information about the nearest shops and opening times. Mira also arranged for us to leave our suitcases in their head office on our last day so we didn’t have to drag them around the city with us which helped us so much!

The only issue we encountered was the shower not draining properly and the bathroom door nor opening/closing properly but these were really minor things!

This apartment was just perfect for our first trip to Tirana. We were close to so many restaurants, steps from a grocery store, and a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to do. The host and staff were very responsive and helpful, especially Besa. The guide book was much appreciated! Our room was comfortable, sparkling clean and as beautiful as the photos. The shared kitchen came in handy for coffee, quick meals and glasses for enjoying wine on the balcony. We highly recommend this property!

Not a thing

Perfect location, quiet yet close to everything and easy to find. The room was a good size with the addition of a balcony, we didn't sit out as it was February, but its always nice to wake up and step outside and see the locals starting their days. The common area was super clean, and equipped to make basic meals or fresh coffee in the morning. We took full advantage of the amazing food Tirana has to offer, a great list was provided by our host Mira. Mira's service was excellent, fast replies to emails, arranged our taxi from the airport, and was very fast to reply to any request/questions we had We look forward to coming back soon!

Room could do with extra hooks, for towels or coats.
