Large room with comfortable bed and ok breakfast. Hotel was well located near shopping, restaurants, and tourist sites. The room was mostly very quiet except for a few nights of partiers outside our window. Paid parking was very convenient in the hotel basement with a discount provided by the hotel but only a limited number of spaces available.
No control over room temperature was very annoying. We received unpleasant periodic food smells through our room ventilation system. Breakfast was mediocre in quality and was very busy at times.

The mountain and water view from our room was amazing! The room is very big, so is the bed, and comfortable! The old Town and shopping area is within walking distance. This is a beautiful hotel.
No coffee in the room😢 Also underground parking is very expensive. We parked our motorbike outside in front of the hotel which was fine.

Then hotel location is perfect to a short break as we were walking distance to the old part the town. Our room faced the river, a park and the mountains beyond so we had a very relaxing view. The beds were extremely comfortable! I found at first that the breakfast was a bit pricy but it was really delicious and varied. They even had omelettes made to order and bubbly for mimosas. But my absolutely favourite thing was the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The standard was extremely high and therefore cheap for what they offered. We had dinner at the hotel more often than not. Alcohol super cheap, particularly if you are coming from London. They sell veuve by the glass for 11 euros. Unheard of! And of course, the whole staff, from room to reception to restaurant and bar, sweetest most accommodating prople. Definitely coming back!
I had to think really hard on something to complain about, but if I have to say something negative would be they have limited collection of spirits. We are tequila (100% Agave) fans and whatever they had in stock wasn't it. We also appreciate a hand crafted margarita with fresh lime etc, but then I accept that we are asking too much. I would not remove any star from our experience though because this is a very subjective matter.

The spa is good , sauna , jacuzzi, you need to pay but its not expensive And massage by Christina is the Best, she is good massage until i fall a sleep. The room is quit big , the bed its large .. the breakfast is good .. The hotel is nearby from everywhere, restaurant and shopping center , had parking just in front of the hotel but you need to pay 24 €/ Day. I love andorra , i love this hotel i would love to come back here ... I recomended this hotel .
No sleeper in the hotel , no bathrobe/peignoir so even in the spa no sleeper for spa ??. Its too bad .

A very nice hotel on the river, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a 4-minute walk from the main center in Andorra (where the street goes left into ‘old town’ and right into the shopping district). The hotel has access to an underground parking (for a fee, part of which the hotel subsidizes), has a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a spa with thermal water. The rooms are big and the bathroom has a bathtub. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (special thanks to Filip!). Andorra is adorable!

They are doing a lot right: really hot water immediately the tap is turned on (and it seems to last and at any time of the day); heat. They have individual thermostats that were still on...it snowed. And the only hotel I've been in in 83 countries which had the magnifying mirror at a height a woman could use...with a vanity stool to assist. My compliments.
Breakfast was for meat eaters. All of the meats were either bacon or carcinogenic cold cuts. Eggs tasted like they were powdered. I ate out because the selection was poor for someone who wants to show some sense in what they put into their bodies.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (for example, a kettle and minibar); the king-sized bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is also well-equipped. The room service is excellent (cleaning, tidiness, towel changes...). The staff is professional and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of choices. The hotel restaurant is also excellent. I prefer a room with a view of the mountain, despite the slight noise from the small river flowing below.
The price of the public parking adjacent to the hotel, despite a discount offered by the hotel, is 16 euros per day. Sometimes there are no spaces available, so you may have to find another parking option. In our room (416), we experienced a smell of tobacco (cigarette smoke possibly coming through the ventilation?). The price of the room varies depending on the season, and it can be expensive!

We went for a snowboarding trip to Granvalira and stayed in the Acta Arthotel. Everything was perfect - rooms were really spaceous. We had two baby strollers and snowboard equipment so, it was good to fit it all and have pleanty of space left. There is a big childrens playground next to the hotel. Staff was always helpful and very friendly. Restaurant organized football nights, made good coctails and delicious steak. Breakfast was pleantyful with good omelet option and fresh crossaints. For snowboarding and skiing there is bus stops in front of the hotel, so it was convinient to take a 30 minute ride to the ski resorts.

The room looks exactly as shown in the photos. The room was unbelievably spacious, the bed was massive, the design was modern and appealing. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is central and one can access most places downtown easily from the hotel The staff were super friendly and responded almost immediately to requests. I couldn't be happier.
I wish they could have had a little more variety in the pastries that they offered during breakfast. They pretty much had only croissants, a wider selection of pastries would have been most welcome. The only problem, and this has NOTHING to do with the hotel is that getting to Andorra is only possible via bus. I wish other options were available e.g train or flight. Unfortunately, because of this travel challenge, it is very unlikely that I would visit Andorra again.

The location was great - downtown Andorra la Vella but in a quiet corner facing the park so it was quiet at nights. The twin room was very spacious, plenty of space for 2 people and a dog. The hotel is pups friendly and has a 3rd party managed garage right below.
Breakfasts were lacking greens and vegetables and were the same every day. After a 7 night stay you will get bored of them. The bathroom was clogged when we arrived and overall felt a bit worn out. The rest of the room amenities were probably freshly renovated.
