Excellent hotel. Kind staff. We got our room and there was a very heavy smell of cigarettes (we booked a non-smoking room). We contacted the reception and immediately our room was changed to another room. The room is spacious and clean. Excellent and varied breakfast. Good and free Wifi. Excellent location- about 5 minutes walk from Caldea spa complex and about 2 minutes walk from the shopping boulevard. We enjoyed very much, highly recommended!

Would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room with tea/coffee facilities. A pool on the top floor of the hotel is at an additional cost and must be booked in advance.

location is great, they offered free shuttle from the hotel to the télécabine which was great, however on the way back even though we booked it the bus never showed up! Cleaning is good, maybe they should have more options for breakfast, a bit poor food.

We had an issue regarding our ski passes which we bought from the hotel, so the lady at the reception confirmed to us that we can use them in different days not necessarily consecutive days so we lost one day thinking we can use it. At the check out they charged us as we used the ski pass and then later that day they charged my card without my permission with the amount for the day we didn’t used. it was a misunderstanding from their staff which has cost us 115€ 🙄

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the location is great in the middle of the center next to restaurants etc. We parked on one of the puclic car parks which are plenty and a bit cheaper but the hotel also has a garage. Parking places on the street (which are the cheapest) hard to find. The room was clean and bed very comfy. We enjoyed the (private) pool&sauna (7e per person). Our room had a window to the next wall but it was okay as it made it quiet in the night. Overall a great stay!

The rooms could be updated (like the lobby which was nice), a few things were falling apart and soundproofing wasn't that great. Note that you pay extra for everything else than the room (parking, sauna, pool, breakfast). Bed could be made ready. The blanket was in the cupboard, on the bed was only the cover.

Location to shops, restaurants was great. Being able to park onsite a bonus and early check in was appreciated. size of room was great. Good selection for breakfast.

Booked junior room, advert said coffee pods were supplied. went to reception to ask for coffee pods for both rooms booked and promised for both rooms but just two pods delivered to one room. Would expect for price and level of room to at least have some milk for coffees and proper cups but only mini throwaway cup available. the top bar is only available certain nights. Unfortunately whilst eating breakfast staff spent the entire time next door dragging chairs across the tiles getting the room ready. noise was horrendous.

Staff was always very kind and helpful, from the receptionists to the restaurant waiters. Location was also nice, being close to the Shopping Mile and to the Caldea Spa, although being a bit far (1.5 km) from the bus station where international travellers will arrive if coming by bus. The Kronos restaurant provides very good gourmet food in sufficient ammount and with a good selection available, for 20€ plus drinks. The room and the respective bathroom are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has a very large selection of tasty food available, being kept warm whenever relevant such as in the case of the fried bacon.

The bathroom exhaust kept operating non stop, with no possibility of shutting it down manually. A very positive point to the receptionist here, who immediately offered to go personally to the room and check what was happening. Also, its low noise did not disturb sleep. Also, I would recommend keeping the Kronos restaurant open more hours (it opens from 20h to 22h), and making available the hotel breakfast earlier (it is available from 7h30 to 11h). I admit, however, that the reduced number of guests I saw at the early moments of opening may be a good reason for having the opening schedule as is.

Very nice location, 2 minutes away from the main walking street and 10 minutes walking from Caldea wellness center. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, providing sufficient place to accommodate even for longer stays (we were there for almost a week). Rooms were clean and aired, providing nice freshness in hot summer days (we were there in mid June with outside temperature of above 30 degrees). Bathroom was spacious, equipped with comfortable bathtub and with all necessary items that were duly replenished by personnel when needed. Overall, a positive opinion, will consider repeating again.

Room looking at the back side of the hotel with very small, narrow window with no direct sun light along the whole day - as result room was always in the dark and lamp lights necessary to be switched on all the time. Guess it would be different for the hotel front side where windows seem to be with normal sizes. Hotel garage providing place only on availability, even if explicitly mentioned in the reservation, and very costly - 26 eur per night. Parking itself is rather narrow and, when busy, very difficult to maneuver a bigger car.

Nice and comfortabel hotel at the edge of the big shopping street in the city center. Also a 5 minute walk to the excellent caldea spa. The room was perfect all was the bathroom was a little bit outdated by everything was there. The facilities offert by the hotel are perfect but a little bit pricey. The snacks and drinks that you can order in the lobby are delicious and freshly made. And definitely threat yourself to a meal and cocktail on the rooftop bar as this will surely be the best 360 panorama view you gonna get the mountain range around Andorra city. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Private parking is available.

Services like using the pool should be free for hotel quests as the hotel room and meals are precisely.

The location is great, in the centre of town. Rooms large & very comfortable. Staff so friendly. They struggle with other languages, but we muddled through with a smile. The rooftop terrace has amazing views! We booked half board &, it appeared we were the only ones eating dinner at the hotel during our brief stay. The food is delicious! The plates are on the smaller size, similar to tapas style, so you can order 2/3 dishes perhaps? We were happy with 1 dish each however. Breakfast was served at the table, which basically meant they brought the entire buffet to you! Such a choice! You can also order from a menu as well. We parked in the garage & there is an elevator to reception/rooms from the garage.

The rooms are warm, but not overly so. Loved this hotel!

The bed was super comfy. The breakfast is great. Not many options but just enough and the options are tasty. The location is excellent.

The spa is composed of just a sauna and a tiny pool. For me, it was relaxing nonetheless and a nice addition to my stay; however, it's good to mention this as some people may have higher expectations. The price is 7 euros but then you can go all the times you want during your stay. I think it was worth it.

Perfect location in the heart of Andorra! Pedestrian street right next to hotel. Parking in Andorra ka Vella is not a problem, but You should pay for it. I recommend parking the car in the nearest public parking lot, the fee is 24 EUR per day (200m from hotel). Absolutely perfect room, clean room, good view to city center, stable WiFi.
