It’s a bit old 4 stars but still very good, spa and parking are not included In the price.

To hot, we wasn't able to sleep well.

Nice location, clean, well appointed.

€23.50 for car parking is far too expensive. We feel duped into paying it when there is a cheaper car park just around the corner. The little things let this hotel down! If you book for one night you receive complementary bottled water, coffee pods, shampoos etc. If you book for more than one night they DO NOT replace these basic complementary items like drinking water, tea, coffee nor toiletries, and they want to charge you €3 each if you dare expect these consumables be replaced! These are things that should be replaced daily despite how long you stay! Also, while some of the reception staff are wonderfully helpful, others are quite abrupt, borderline rude!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, excellent room, bed, and shower facility. Breakfasts buffet was lovely spread of fresh bread, cold cuts, warm dishes fruits and much more .

Although I liked the many variations of sausages where customer cut themselves, I find this kind of 'self-service' not being hygienic as every customer tuches the sausages, no glove or not even a cloth to be used as cover. A lot of viruses are going around this time of the year , so my advice as a professional Chef would be to serve the sausages as cut.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Perfect location on the high street. Friendly staff, always ready to help you.

The parking was really expensive - 23.50 euro per night, was not mentioned when we booked. The hotel is advertised with a swimming pool, only when we booked it, we received a massage that the spa is not included in the price, you have to pay 22 euro per adult and 8 euro per child to use it. It was a bit misleading in the advert pictures.

Upon checkin, Lautaro on the counter offered us sparkling cava and water since we were hot (the weather was surprisingly hot in Andorra la vella) and also upgraded our room free of charge, that surprised us a lot!!! I think they did it cuz they couldnt find our booking, and then they were able to find it by confirmation number, but anyways, it was a super nice detail oriented to customer satisfaction and we loved it! We will be back in Hotel Roc Blanc for sure. Location is a 10/10 if you want to be near Caldea Spa, but they have their own spa and pools too!!! At checkout, they gave us water bottles and candy as another detail on how much they care for their customers. :)

I loved the attention from the staff to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the cava when entering the hotel.

We did not like that we had to wait so long for a room, however we do understand that it was busy and check in wasnt until 15h. We could not park in the hotel parking lot because it was full. I did ask a male worker at the front desk how to make a reservation to ski, and he responded with "in the website" and didnt help me any further. The spa could have been warmer / more hot water.

The room is comfortable and the shower has good warm/hot water. There is a minibar and a good space. The staff was attentive.

As others have mentioned, there are a lot of kids running around and making noise in the hallways. So if you are a honeymoon couple, this may not be the perfect option for you. Parking is expensive, but it's about the same throughout the city. I parked in the parking lot in front of the hotel as it was cheaper at night.

The Bed is comfortable and the room size is good

22 Euro charge per person to use the pool for 2 hours. With a family it was an outrageous price. Also not worth paying as the pool is circa 10m long, the Jacuzzi is colder than the pool and only one of the two Saunas were working. The charge is only highlighted after the free cancellation and very hidden otherwise Im giving a good rating only so people see about the charge.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Shopping street is nearby.

Parking situation is unsatisfactory. We could not get our car parked in the hotel parking garage, cause no large parking lot for station wagon car was available. Used a parking garage in the neighborhood and paid €27/- per day😒. Parking in general in Andorra la Vella is expensive.
