Good location next to Abasto shopping mall. You'll find so many restaurants and shops nearby, and even a movie theater.

The check-in process was a bit inconvenient. International travelers beware, the currency conversion rate that you see online will not match the conversion rate that the hotel actually charges you. WiFi was often very slow during the day and evening, making it difficult to get any work done. The knob in the shower kept breaking off and the toilet dispenser kept falling down. I also explained to the front desk that I wanted to extend my check out time to 12pm, which they approved, only to receive a phone call at 11am the next morning asking me why I hadn't checked out yet 😕

For the price you can not beat it! Excellent value for money. The rooms were really spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. The air con was spot on! The pool on the rooftop was fantastic to cool off on the middle of the day too, and the rooftop seating area was really comfortable and shaded. The gym was great, a great selection of free weights and machines so most workouts can be done. It was usually quiet too! The staff were always really friendly and helpful too. It was easy to navigate and well connected for different bus and train lines.

Good leisure facilities with a pool and a gym. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, including a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave.

We stayed there for six nights and although they provided fresh towels we would have had to pay extra for room cleaning. Location is a little far from the main centre.

We chose to stay here as it was kind of between a lot of the areas we wanted to visit. It worked well sometimes walking and other times getting a cheap taxi. The accommodation is more tired than pictured but the terrace area is lovely and big and the rooms well equipped. Some have said in reviews the area is bad, I didn't get that vibe at all and felt safe. Around the corner is the Konex cultural centre and it has a great drum show Monday nights - highly recommend!!

The accommodation was in a good location. I spent most of my time walking around the city and the accommodation was in a good location for this. It is also very close to a subway station if you plan to use the public transport. The staff were very helpful. The apartment is also well-equipped with everything that you would need. There is also a small gym and a lovely pool on the roof, which is a big plus.

the apartment was brilliant, it was immaculate, comfortable and located right between the 2 areas we wanted to visit.

it was very noisy at night, the room did not keep out any of the outside sounds

Friendly staff, clean room with balcony. Pool area was small, but nice. Comfortable chairs to chill on the rooftop. Nice and well equipped gym.

Staff didn't speak English and were not helpful with additional questions e.g. I wanted to do laundry and they did not know where I can do laundry and did not try to support or recommend anything. Area is okay, but not close to tourist spots.

The room is great and the area has a nice unpretentious vibe.
