Big, comfortable and clean rooms. Parking lot available at the property. Breakfast ok despite the hotel was closing for winter break and they only had few rooms booked in the whole facility. Support from the staff was impeccable

Maybe the walls are a bit too tiny and if you have noisy neighbors might be an issue. We were unlucky in having extremely disrespectful neighbors talking extremely laud till late night despite the staff asked them several times to stop. We had to change room due to this. Not a fault of the hotel tough and they were supportive enough with the situation

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff and they were happy to help with my requests such as changing money and getting a taxi. The location is good because it is very close to the main street but far enough away to not hear the noise. Breakfast was good with everything needed for most tastes.

I stayed twice and both times they put me in a room right next to the stairs. I should have asked for a different room - avoid rooms 101 and 201 and probably 301. A lot of the guests are visiting to go on hikes so they like taking the stairs and get up early to hiking.

Breakfast(had way better bfast here than a big hotel/popular hotel we stayed in BA. Location. (Near the main street) Big room. Massage/spa( i had the guy therapist, and he removed the tension/pain in my backpack! Staff. Amenities like pingpong.

There's a smell in the toilet, but it's a drainage problem(something they can't do about it, i think or air refreshener there?) room is dated but it is big and comfortable. So not really a problem.

We enjoyed the spacious room, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room at the back of the property was quiet and we got some much-needed sleep after arriving from a stay in Chilean Patagonia where we were up early for hikes every morning. Juan on the front desk went above and beyond when we ended up having to leave our laundry behind at a local laundromat due to our misreading their opening hours. We were going to El Chalten for a couple of days, so on our return, just to El Calafate airport, he picked it up and sent it to us at the airport in a taxi (all arranged with him over Whatsapp).

The room was large and well designed. Staff was amazingly professional. Great location for walking to town! Restaurant food was delicious and reasonable. Also, evening access to Spa facilities a big plus.

To keep the temperature comfortable we needed to keep windows open which was wonderful except the neighborhood had lots of barking dogs and motorcycles raving all night. Not really something the hotel can control.

Lovely hotel in a good location close to the main street in El Calafate. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a cosy Alpine lodge feel and was in good condition. We had a twin room that was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of options. They also offer a packed lunch service for excursions which you can order the night before and this was good value for money and saves worrying about where to get food before you go on a trip. They also offer an excellent massage service at the hotel. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to El Calafate!

Wonderful hotel with lots of amenities. The breakfast was probably the best we had in South America. They let us have a late checkout.

The shower was cold for us. Not sure if they ran out of hot water or what. it started off warm but quickly got cold. (this happened 3 different times in both the afternoon and morning). Also, I got a massage and it was good. My husband got one and he said it was the worst massage he’s ever had. they also messed up his neck. I also got a facial and it was definitely the worst facial I have ever gotten. I would recommend just using the jacuzzi and sauna and go elsewhere if you want a massage.

This is an outstanding hotel. It’s just off the main strip so quiet. The hotel is very luxurious with games room, gym, spa etc. The staff are outstanding, very accommodating, extremely helpful and speak Spanish and English which was a great help. The rooms are big and luxurious and the breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice of cooked, breads, cakes, cereal etc. I would very much recommend this hotel. It was a delight staying here.

Very clean, spacious and cosy room, was very quiet and with a nice view to the inner courtyard. The location of the hotel is also great, just around 5 mins by walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. Bit far from the bus station but the taxi is cheap. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to leave the luggage after checkout and also helped to order the taxi to the bus station.

Breakfast was fantastic! Loved the Sauna and Hot Tub! The bartender Christian was amazing! Also the room was so well designed. The shower had great water pressure and wonderfully hot.

Not much. It was a bit warm in the room (for us anyway as we're cold sleepers) and to open the window allowed some outside noise but very minor. USB ports by bed would be nice.
