I stayed in these apartments twice. Initially with 2 friends and then in a studio apartment. The apartments are spacious, spotless, comfortable and are supplied with everything one needs. The check in process was very easy and the apartments are very secure. But what made this place extra special was the kindness of the office manager Dana who was truly wonderful and the restaurant staff were also incredibly helpful. Dana was very efficient, quickly answering any questions we had re the appropriate bus station, lending us adapters, having a boxed breakfast arranged for me as I left prior to the breakfast service. They also have free lockers were your bags can be stored should one arrive prior to the check in time. The breakfast, should you choose that option, is also very good. It is about a 10 minute walk to the central plaza and there are lots of restaurants close by.

clean, modern, nice staff even if they do not reply on whatsapp or booking.com questions.. supermarket nearby keyless check in cafe at the lobby (expensive) they are trying this co working / co living concept but needs improvement

shower was HORRIBLE AND BADLY BUILT. you only get hot water for like 5 minutes. their water heater is way too small to be used for showers. we dreaded getting cold water and being frozen every time. water goes everywhere that it literally FLOODS… and that you need to use their squeegee every single time to prevent flooding the whole apartment no exhaust for shower or the stove so humidity builds up and moisture goes on the walls. bit of a far walk from the main center expensive for what it is they refuse to change towels unless it is exactly the middle of your stay. so imagine the shower floor mat that is flooded and they refuse to change

I stayed in two apartments here. On this day it was a studio which was very spacious, spotless, had an extremely comfortable bed, and was equipped with everything one needed. The administrative and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful and the service was excellent. The building is super secure especially for an older woman like myself travelling solo and check in process was very easy. The food in the cafe is wonderful for breakfast. A 10-15 minute walk to the central square and had restaurants close by.

Really smart apartment in a great location, very clean, lovely breakfast in the colocated cafe. Easy check in, with really friendly and helpful staff.

One small thing we didn't like is the outlook from the balcony onto a wall with a small courtyard. It didn't affect our stay as we were out all day but maybe something to consider if you plan to stay in a lot, although it has a smart TV.

Incredible value for money. The room was really big, extremely clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. They were very kind and let us. Heck in early (but they have lockers for bag storage if not) and were very helpful with any questions. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

Very clean and comfortable apartment and good value for money. Responsive hosts. A whole street of restaurants right there, and the city centre not far to walk either. Great place for working remotely, very fast wifi!

Everything! Studio, common spaces, cafe and the wonderful breakfast :)) great location for entertainment - pena bars and restaurants, short walk to a lovely shopping centre... it's an amazing value overall. We were gutted we could only stay for one night.

The fridge was a bit noisy, pillows a little too thick and firm for my liking... but I am picky like that ;)

Great little find next to restaurants and 5 minute walk to the main square. The apartment itself is very modern and decent little kitchen and bedroom. The cafe at the bottom was really nice and they offered breakfast which was good.

Doesn't have a pool, if it did it would be excellent.

Very comfortable bed and very nice breakfast downstairs at DDL Co Cafe! Friendly and responsive staff! Location has many nice spots to hang out and is close to Plaza 9 de Julio

The design, while very chic/nice, is lacking in some aspects, e.g. lack of a shower door let's too much water out when showering, flooding the bathroom; lack of air vent on top of stove;

Super nice place very close to city center (depending on where in the center). We arrived with the night bus in Cordoba and we could leave our bagage there. When we arrived around 1030 we could already have the room great! Also very good communication as regards scheduled small maintance work in the building.
