My stay at the Shiraz Plaza Hotel & Spa in Gyumri was exceptional. The hotel's luxurious ambiance and warm and professional staff made for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering comfort and elegance. The spa facilities were outstanding, providing a serene escape with various treatments that rejuvenated me. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight, with a diverse menu featuring delicious local and international dishes prepared to perfection. The hotel's location was also ideal, situated conveniently close to Gyumri's main attractions, allowing easy exploration of the city's rich cultural heritage.

The hotel is freshly renovated, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has with a large variety of dishes.

Too many people at breakfast, coming from some other hotels. Because of this the line for coffee was for 10 minutes, and I had to wait for fried eggs 15 minutes. Also it was a problem to find a sit. And you have to rename the hotel here - I couldn't find any signs of "Shiraz Plaza” at the street.

The hotel is newly opened and very comfortable, decorated in European elegance with high quality. Every detail is considered and made to make the quests comfy and satisfied, feeling better than at home. The feeling of staying at the hotel is like staying in the best European places, but with warm Armenian and Gyumri welcomes. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Also, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and well educated. The breakfast is awesome. There are many choices for any taste. Everything is excellent.

Modern hotel in a good part of town. The rooms were on the small size, but perfectly formed and functional! The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good despite there only being 4 guests in the hotel when we were there (May 2024).

We chose it for the spa facilities nearby but they are closed on Mondays so we never got to use them. There is some traffic noise from cars if in a room that faces the street.

Stayed here for the first time, but I will surely come back anytime I'm in Gyumri. Breakfast was included and it was really good. I didn't miss it thanks to the sounds of church bells in the morning)) Overall, the location was great. I especially loved the spa. The historic baths were a fantastic experience. Surely, you should visit, but I suggest taking a procedure!

A great hotel with a perfect location! The breakfast was good, the room was clean and had all the conveniences. The staff also made sure that everything was alright. A big plus was the pool and jacuzzi, which, I think, only this hotel in Gyumri has. It was in a historic building in the city center, in less than a 5-minute walking ditance. I recommend staying here!

Loved it here! The location is great with easy access to other cafes and restaurants. Breakfasts are just fine, the spa center is a must-visit place in Armenia. I especially suggest this hotel because it's the only one in Gyumri that has a spa with pools, saunas, and massages. Special thanks to the receptionists at the spa and hotel, very kind and helping))

the thing I liked the less was the price of 2 Expresso coffies in the lobby. 7 times more than on other sorounding places, and 3 times more than in a specialty coffee. Also, the view of the room was not good :(
