I asked the girl at the reception to order a taxi for me at 03.30. She agreed and said that a taxi to the airport costs 15 euros. I knew this because I had already stayed here once. However, the next morning, it was not a taxi that arrived, but a simple car. The driver requested 40 euros to the airport. I had to pay. I believe that the girl should have ordered a taxi or warned me that this is impossible.

This hotel is located between the city and the airport. We left the airport for the hotel in the middle of the night. Even though it was around 2am, the owner, Alem, was waiting for us to check in. He carried our luggage to our room. The staff is very kind. When there was a power outage in the city the next morning, he came to our room out of concern. There was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, and coffee was also prepared. There were three of us, but we were able to sleep comfortably. Alem even printed our boarding passes for us. If you are staying near the airport, I highly recommend this place.

Half of the rooms have windows to the very noisy street. There're noisy cars driving on this street all the time, even at night. If you're sensitive to noise, you should ask for a room with windows to the backyard.

This hotel has the most amazing and helpful owners/staff. I booked the room at the last moment and they arranged and assisted with everything from picking us from the airport, to even paying the driver in advance in case we did not have cash or Armenian currency. As for the hotel very spacious rooms and exceptionally clean. Can not recommend enough.

Everything was beyond expectations. Nothing bad to say. Really great choice if you have a layover at the airport.

The owner's hospitality and charm are second to none. Even though we had some issues in the beginning, the owner was so welcoming and helpful that they overcompensated anything that had to be rectified which it was!

Please ask for breakfast if you need one before arrival. Once ordered and delivered, it was the tastiest breakfast my family has ever tasted anywhere!!!

Close to the airport, a nice room that has all the necessary amenities, round the clock check-in is a big bonus!

A good hotel, not far from the airport. The room includes a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, and coffee. The staff is very pleasant and helped with carrying the luggage up and down (there is no elevator in the hotel).

It's a bit noisy from the road. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have a small wardrobe for clothes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Tea pot with tee and coffee in the room. Comfortable bed. Nice location - close to shopping facilities and small park.

No elevator ( but this is how it is :)). In any case the manager has helped with the luggage.

The stuff was great! They helped us with ordering food, calling the taxi to come at 2am. They gave us extra shampoo when we asked and were very helpful overall.

The shower was over the the floor in the bathroom and if you want to use the toilet after you take a shower, you'll have to get your feet wet again.
