The staff is very polite and helpful, the room is clean and tidy.

I found a lens on the bedside table, apparently they didn't notice it when they were cleaning. The sound insulation is not very good, I had to sleep with earplugs because one of the neighbors was talking very loudly.

Location is nice, 15 mins by taxi from the airport. Can take Yandex.Taxi and pay with the card (MIR) in the app. Very quiet and welcoming, feels like home. The room is spacious, new furniture. The shower is open, but the water does not have to go anywhere, if you are just careful. The bed is huge. The breakfast has many different options and lots of cheese options. Everything was great! Ill stay here again if I need to

The pillows on the bed were not comfortable for me, personally. I prefer some flatter options.

A friendly staff. Clean room and good facilities. I came here at 5th July(night). The retention guy was amazing. He was very supportive and helped me with all he could. The luggage man was really supportive and friendly as well( Artur). For the next time I will be back there for sure❤️

The location is good, near with the airport. I ordered transfer from the hotel, it cost 10 euros. This is better price than taking a taxi at the airport if there is no any applications.

Wasn’t any curtains for a shower or some kind of cabin. When you take a shower, water gets into the whole space of the bathroom. There was a very strong bad smell from the toilet

I think I like the staff. We felt like family. We were entertained. We were taking care off. We were introduced to the best of Armenia. We will always go back. Absolutely the best hotel....

I loved how friendly the staff was, the fact that they organized the transfer and told me a bit about Armenia and its culture. The breakfast was great, the room was really cozy and clean, and a welcome cup of coffee was a nice bonus. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and please try delicious Armenian wine! (So delicious that I forgot its name, nevertheless)

It’s the best option for night stop during fly connections. It’s clean, bed is new, all amenities are fresh, rooms are big, furniture is new, crew is good, breakfast could be reach, but ok due to price. I used most of Yerevan hotel including 4/5 stars for night stop and this one is my choose.

All the personnel was really polite and friendly. At the moment of booking the hotel didn’t have available transfer however they saved our request and provided us transfer upon arrival. It was really unexpected surprise! Also the breakfast was really good with big variety of meals!

Very new, comfortable and clean. Room was big and with a good bed. Very close to the airport - perfect for a very early flight!

Not totally the hotel’s fault - but at 2am some guests arrived and were very very noisy, chatting and laughing in the hallways for quite a bit. The hotel staff could have called their attention to the fact that there were other guests trying to sleep.

We stayed there one night. The hotel is located near the airport and lastly approachable by taxi (the price for the taxi should not be higher than 7-8 euros, 10 if you are super-generous (for locals the price is even 3-5 euros)). We liked the personnel of the hotel. The rooms are totally new and clean. The breakfast was genuinely nice and diverse.

The yard truly needs bits of green.
