Room was huge, so well set up - kitchen fully stocked, exceeded my expectations.

The pool was terrible. Is it in a basement? Access to the pool feels like you’re entering a dungeon. Please paint the walls of that stairwell, add pool decor to the walls, provide some pool toys for kids, install a window to outside - if pool faces a car park, create a slim garden beside the window with plants to give the impression of a real window. Deck was small but functional, however the hot air blowing out of the exhaust from the AC blows straight onto you on the deck.

The location was great and the size of the apartment was much bigger than what I was expecting.

We booked for 3 people and only got 2 towels and 2 bowls and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The parking garage key only worked for me a few times but the staff very quickly buzzed me in, I just felt bad having to annoy them all the time.

There are 2 bedroom rooms for larger families Facilities are good and so is the location - Very close to good restaurants Staff is supportive

Did not know that parking was charged separately Overnight cleaning of the rooms were not done Did not know how to handle wastes A general guide on what is where and how to handle things (waste) would have been good

spacious room with balcony. kitchenette provided us utensils we needed (we didn't cook anything there). comfy bed. location is great, only short walk to a lot of places to eat. staff also very friendly and breakfast offered a lot of choices.

lights could be a bit brighter, both in room and in the hotel corridors. the furniture needs to be updated. the access to the swimming pool is a bit tricky as you have to go down the firestairs to reach it. the pool can use an upgrade.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, as it was on the 8th floor. Trams passed the building but I couldn't hear them. There was a good TV, and facilities for making tea or coffee. The room was spacious, with a desk and chair. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel was not very far from the big shopping complexes, and most of the venues which I wanted to visit.

The shower was over the bath, which meant that I had to step into the bath to take a shower. I am not as agile as I used to be, so this wasn't very easy.

Despite being on a main road and along the light rail line, the was not any noise what so ever. The front desk were always super helpful and friendly and being there 24/7 on the desk was super helpful at times. Super close to the bus interchange and a light rail station which made travelling around easy. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.

No breakfast is serve , the hotel does not offer breakfast service, room is clean. close to shops

The lampshade in lounge is not working, the microwave in room 114 timer is not working, the food that I heat exploded before I realised that the microwave counter is not working, parking spaces between vehicles are so close to each other, there is a chance that you car could get damage due to so close to each other. I won’t take a chance to park my car there and yet they charge $15/day

The Mantra is in a good location to all the places we wanted to visit. Easy to locate and lots of eateries in this location.

Even though we booked for a couple, there was only one chair in the room. Did request a second chair but didn't receive one. Rather than just soap, liquid soap dispensers would have been nice.

Apartment was great. There is parking provided but need to ask for card from reception, although the parking was a little tight for big cars. Our view was the building next door. Everything else was basic.

Receptionist is great but can improve more :) - word of advice from an International 5 star Hotelier :)

Really happy with the location comfortable 3 block walk to city. Lots of food options within the same walking distance. Officeworks directly behind if you need stationary

Had some neighbours who decided to have a rave party at one point. Staff dealt with it when they became aware. Not properties fault but wasnt helpful when trying to work/sleep.
