Great location walking distance everywhere I needed to go. Nice relaxing pool but did need a clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee and Tea making facilities including toaster and microwave

There was no cold water in the fridge. And no ice which you could get from reception The restaurant was closed during our stay except the first night but already had plans with family. They were still and to serve soup or panini to your room There was no eating cutlery for store bought frozen dinners, but you could get it from reception

Very comfortable bed and spacey room. We liked the pool. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay overnight. A beautiful dog to say hi to in the office.

The sink is outside of the bathroom in the entry space. Just a personal thing. I would rather get ready inside the bathroom that had the mirror and bathroom room all together.

I’m disabled, and as soon as I made that known the staff went to extra lengths to assist me, without making me feel lesser for it! ❤️ Great facilities, clean, family friendly, and quiet. Excellent options for mini bar and food to take back to my room, it was more like a B&B with that touch of home and care!

The room was ample, clean and the bed most comfortable for our 1 night stay. The staff were friendly, efficient and most obliging. The breakfast delivered to our room was wonderful and the lunch to go was great. Our chef Jason's Portuguese tarts were out of this world and the dinner that night was most enjoyable.

The shower over the bath could be a little difficult to manage for an older couple and the shower head was not something to be desired as it was difficult to adjust with water going all over the floor in the process as you had to move the glass screen to do so, leaving a wet and somewhat dangerous floor.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my family's layover. Originally planned for just a night's stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent room and amenities provided. Our family room was spacious and peaceful, perfect for accommodating my wife, two daughters, and me. Moreover, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the host. We accidentally left my wife's jacket behind, and despite instructing her to dispose of it, she took the extra effort to send it back to us via post. This thoughtful gesture truly impressed us. Overall, our stay at this hotel was beyond our expectations. The comfortable room, tranquil atmosphere, and the kind and caring host made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Overall, I had a positive experience, enjoying everything about the hotel. The only aspect that felt a bit awkward was having a spa in the bedroom. However, during the summer, unwinding with a bath and beer in the room could be quite enjoyable.

Firstly, bonus points for be gorgeous dog in reception. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable. Beds were so cosy, blankets were so nice we didn't even need the heat pump on at night. Towels in the bathrooms were lovely, and everything was clean and tidy. The only 2 complaints are the TV in the room with the spa the reception is not good at all, not worth turning it on as you can't get any clear picture, and the hot water takes a fair while to kick in. We will definitely return in future though.

Everything was great apart from that TV and hot water being slow to kick in. Minor things.

Although our room was right next to the main highway in Ballina, we were not disturbed by the noise during the night. We arrived afterhours and they had our key and directions organised for us. Nice comfy bed and plenty of room to move around in our room. Did not take advantage of any of the other facilities as we were just passing through for the night. You were able to bring your own breakfast to have there and they provided plates etc.

The shower head we did not like. A water saving device which we can understand, just did not like it.

the rooms were off the road and quiet. rooms were warm without aircon the rooms were dark easy check in had late checkout if we needed it parking outside of room was great grounds beautiful within walking distance to tavern pillows and beds very comfortable very clean

laundry had limited hours fridge not really big enough for 5 people no where to prepare food as the vanity bench where you put 5 peoples toiletries is also the bench to prepare breakfast and the sink is in the middle of it. the spa being a cold spa not a hot one.

Room was a reasonable size with 2 beds. Beds very comfortable and all facilities very clean. Good and plentiful hot water. Although we did not use it, the pool and surrounding area were very inviting.

We were in a unit designed to accommodate disabled and/or elderly people which we found very functional and comfortable so with that in mind we have no complaints.

Everything! From the great location, local to all the shops to the customer service (Zac[k]) the dog that was there greeting everyone really brought a nice touch to the resort. Seeing a family dog involved was very wholesome! Explains why so many people love Ballina. Chill, lovely people! Room was spotless, had all the amenities needed that we didn't have on us.

Wasn't a single thing we didn't like.
