Comfortable, clean, quality inclusions. Great to have a coffee machine. I enjoy places that provide decent quality kitchen utensils that make self catering easy. This was the case with our apartment. The pool was lovely and warm for the kids to swim, and me! Table tennis with quality net, bat and balls. These are little things but are the difference between a place that offers genuine hospitality and others.

My pet hate is hotels and accommodation that make up beds with doonas between two sheets. It’s cheap. It’s summer and we don’t want the doona and practically need to remake the bed to simply have a single top sheet.

Lovely complex, great facilities, easy for kids to get to and from pool/ gym/ tennis court. Apartment was setup for easy living/ bits and bobs, fresh bathrooms/ kitchens, everything worked easily. comfy beds/ couches/ pillows... All the things you need to feel at home on holidays.

Couldn't charge ebike - though reception offered to take it into the office for charging - I didn't need to in the end. Would be great if you could hire ebikes from the location like some other places, but it's not a big deal. Getting in/ out of pool/ facilities etc you need a key, but picking at things now!!

Great location for getting into Byron (by car or bike) and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Facilities at the resort were great for the family - pool, tennis court, games room, etc. Have stayed before and would happily stay there again.

The email with all the info/rules/check-in requirements upfront feels a little overwhelming but don't be put off - staff is friendly and resort is very laid back once you're there.

Facilities are excellent , gorgeous pool and a spa , really clean . Quiet location and apartment nice and spacious . It felt like a real relaxing holiday even with the rain one day we still used the facilities which was great for our 14and 15year old , they also utilised gym , sauna and table tennis table .

It’s a bit out of town and you have to walk along the main road but there is nice a cafe along the strip . We walked in to Byron everyday but also had a car which is only a 5 min drive into town

Spacious apartment which was perfect as we had some rainy days. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and balcony made us feel right at home. Older property but tasteful decor. Enjoyed the pool onsite as well as the tennis court and games area. Handy parking under the apartment. Would absolutely stay again.

The bathrooms could do with a little update as we found one shower in particular quite weak in pressure and never enjoy a shower over bath.

The house was so much more spacious than I thought, and it was so beautiful to walk out on the balcony and be surrounded by trees. The house was very well furnished and kitchen was stocked very well for cooking.

The only thing is that the blinds were extremely difficult to move up and down/close - which meant we had limited privacy especially at night. And the main bathroom had a foul odour, very strong and chemical like - it was awful actually and couldnt be ignored, we relied on the ensuite bathroom.

Great option just out of town. Large units with dining and lounge space. Very comfortable and great accommodation. Staff friendly and all facilities are great to use. Walking track to Tallow Beach and great cafes around the corner

There aren’t great footpaths to walk into town, if you have a car or bike it will be fine. Some of the roads have a slight incline so may be hard to walk if you have accessibility needs

The amenities and comfort of the apartment were very good. The property amenities, including the pool, tennis court and kids play room were also very good, as was the location.

On hot days the apartment air con didn’t reach the bedrooms at the back (which heated up as they were on the west side). This was a minor discomfort only.

Facilities were great with lovely pool, BBQ, Gym, tennis, bicycles to hire etc Lovely walk to Tallow Beach and easy drive to main beach, Broken Head beach and beyond Apartment was very comfortable with nice terrace and everything you could possibly need Beautiful bush location with nature on doorstep e.g. kangaroo's etc Staff were great and always helpful

A 20 to 25 minute walk to town but upside trade off was peaceful location.

We stayed in the Lorikeet, tucked away at the end of the treehouses. The interior design had such a beautiful aesthetic with quality furnishings - exceeded what I saw in the pictures - the surrounding environment was so peaceful - immersed in nature - the pool, spa, sauna, area and tennis courts were amazing! Had such a great time. Easy access to the beach & Byron town. Coffee shops a short drive. Thank you <3
