Location was nice. On a lonely street but close to the shops. There is a river and a swimming pool near by. Sharon at the reception was awesome. She warned us about some possible nuisance while we went out on a night stroll. And later we realised why did she do so. Meet some horrible racist and homophobic guy. Room was clean, towels and sheets were clean too. It was quiet. Ample parking.

Most of the rooms had balcony with a view. Ours didn't. check with the reception before you check in. They didn't make the room on the second day.

The decor, colour scheme, fixtures including flat screen tv, reverse cycle quiet split system air conditioning, safe and tea coffee making facilities chosen when they had refurbished, has earned them a five star motel category in my books. We also needed a disability friendly room. They replied to me within an hour, to say that they have allocated a room to suit our needs. We weren’t disappointed. The receptionist, upon our arrival was very warm and friendly also. I didn’t get to order (out voted) from their Indian food menu ( room service or takeaway), alas next visit!

The staff were lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We were given fresh milk for our coffees.

The table and chairs outside our room left very little space to move past on the upper level. Everyone wanting to get past ended up making a lot of noise brushing past the balcony. The WiFi was extremely poor. There was no point connecting to it unfortunately.

The woman who assisted us was incredibly helpful and amiable. She was willing to go above and beyond to assist us with any requests we had, including providing us with bowls for our breakfast. The room was also clean and tidy, with fresh towels.

My husband took care of the spider in the room. That's life in the county!

We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette facilities. Toaster, kettle, plate, cups etc. The room had everything we needed. Bathroom was very clean. But no storage in there. That is essential particularly for women. Also more toilet paper please. Really liked other essentials like shelving to put suitcases and shoes to keep them out of the way.

The bed was ok short term but probably more support would be better long term.

Location is great. Walking distance to club and pubs. Very comfortable and good value for money I think.

First time I stayed was at one of front rooms, I like room to be completely dark, verandah light was on and shining through too long. Suggest asking for a room bottom back if you need darkness like me :) 2nd stay, got the bottom back. Best sleep in a while

- The room could have had some extra pillows. - The mini bar could have some more complimentary biscuits. - Room 8 glass sliding door to the balcony street side was not fixed properly to the masonry wall at the latch position.

This motel is in a great location, walking distance to town including swimming pool, gorgeous nursery/ coffee shop and most other facilities. The rooms are well appointed, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Everything was great except the refrigerator froze our milk as the little door on the freezer section came off.

Loved everything about this property. Unbelievably clean.. plush towels beautiful linen.. amazing location. Perfect even though we had two grown up children with us, but room formation worked perfectly

There was nothing wrong with the property

Very big rooms with ranchslider onto balcony and nice views over historic housetops across the street. Indian owner provides Indian meals as roomservice if required. Handy location next to main bridge over river and short stroll to shops, town pool, caravan park, churches, etc. Very comfy cosy beds.

Forecourt was all concrete, (a little depressing but view side was grasses and pleasant).
