Room and bathroom obviously recently refurbished and were clean and comfortable. Having armchairs in the room was lovely - somewhere to sit and read. Having two bedside lamps rather than one would be better. Located on the main road but we did not hear any traffic noise.

Breakfast. Lacks style. Several cereals but muesli not included. Help yourself from side tables. My eco friendly side appreciated that spread and toppings for toast were not in individually wrapped portions but the look of the big catering size pots of jam, honey, vegemite etc was not good. The water in the urn lukewarm and ran out so we had to go to kitchen to look for staff to refill it. With a little bit of attention, the breakfast could be better.

The room was wonderful, it had a separate bedroom for our girls, so it was really great for a family. It was quite clean, and the shower had fantastic water pressure.

The breakfast was ok, as in toast, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. However a little bit of effort would mean a much more hygienic experience. The spreads, Vegemite, peanut butter, butter, margarine were all in the huge catering tubs, which means so much handling by the customers, and so much chance for contamination of a whole bucket. Never-mind that most of the buckets had to be scraped to get anything out of them. A small investment in some small glass jars, would mean that they probably had to be refilled once each day, and if contaminated, then only a small amount would have to be trashed.

Good comfortable bed and large room. Breakfast was included, but we had to leave before service began within the admin area.

We were in room 15, beside the laundry. One if the staffs 4x4 was broken down parked partially blocking our parking area in front of our entry. Unfortunately the person occupying #14 reduced our parking area continually, and we were squashed into a much reduced space. I had to crawl over the central panel to get out of the car.. Get that 4x4 removed.

It was a one night stay whilst travelling. The location was quiet and we could park outside our room to take in bags. It was nice to sit outside on there verandah and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. The room was clean and had been recently been painted. There was no mould and the cleaning products used we not overbearing. The was no paint smell. The bathroom had also been updated and there was plenty of hot water at a good pressure. The bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains which gave us a good nights sleep. The wifi was good and the staff recommended places to go for a meal. We got takeaway and ate it in our room in front of the tv.

We needed to ask for a second wine glass and a couple of spoons. The staff were onto it straight away.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Good size room, we had King room. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. There are two places to eat within walking distance. There is a bar on site. Reception staff member very friendly and helpful. Nice gardens with birds, across the road roos.

Complimentary breakfast was appreciated but rather basic. Toast and cereal, catering size containers of margarine, Nutella and jams. Not serving food in the evening. Wondering if this is permanent?

I booked two rooms for my family, which were next to each other and it was convenient. It is very clean and spacious. All of us loved the shower which had very strong flow. And most importantly, the water stayed warm and there was no fluctuation of the temperature. The motel provided simple breakfast which saved us a lot of effort and time, especially in a busy morning.

The location is a bit far from the town center. The WIFI signal was weak.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. We stayed three nights and couldn’t fault the place. The owners too appeared to be lovely and helpful people.

We had no dislikes, but the motel is not in walking distance from town - unless one is fond of hills. It is however just opposite the golf club offering evening entertainment and meals.

This was one of the cheapest motels I've stayed at but also the nicest and cleanest I've stayed at by far. The room was clean and tidy on arrival, the shower and bathroom was immaculate and there was ample space in the room to store everything I needed. Location was also great as it was only a very short 2 minute drive to get to the town center. Staff were also easy to communicate with and were eager to help with any additional or special requests.

we planned to stay one night but we’re so impressed we extended to three. our host was very friendly and accommodating. the room was a good size, clean, well equipped and comfortable. king size bed was also very comfortable. a Continental breakfast was included in the price and served in the restaurant area. fresh milk was provided in the room instead of the normal UHT long life milk. great price

The room was nice and clean. It has been recently renovated and met all my expectations. I would stay here again if in Eden. It is one of the nicest motels in Eden and would definitely stay again.

The restaurant was not open when I visited. It looked to be a storage area whilst the motel is under going renovations.and was adjacent to the reception. Its not the I didn't like it, but it distracted from the great job the owners/managers are doing.
