Room was spacious, well-thought out, functional and well-equipped. There was plenty of space for open luggage, ample power and charging points and was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The location was so good that we didn't use our hire car for our entire stay, we walked everywhere. The room was very secure.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable but not enough to make us book elsewhere if we go to Huskisson again. Shower leaked a little, which wet our towels but again, not enough of a problem to make us go elsewhere. A few more coat hangers would have been handy. None of these small things would make us stay anywhere else.

Room was neat and Clean, property is right across the beach and close to local shops. We had the accessible room, easy to get the wheelchair in and out, bathroom was great size to have dependent chair user (child) have a shower.

May be an issue for some and was for us - Disability parking spot has a drop down at the end of the parking space so if you have a rear access ramp it does make unloading wheelchair risky as ramp becomes too steep. We found parking in a normal spot more accessible as it was on flat ground. Not the property itself but local grocer we were unable to access for basic necessities like milk.

A lovely lady came out to greet us and help check in on the self serve kiosk which was actually quite quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and a lovely hot shower greeted us from a cold motorbike ride down. Water was instantly hot with great pressure. Extra pillows provided in the closet. I have to mention the bed sheets were the softest bed sheets I have slept in. And I am talking about Sofitel in Sydney soft sheets, lovely quality. Kettle, tea and coffee with mugs provided. I liked the location and easy parking. Sleep was nice, room was very dark which is great. The little bed lights served as a great night light. Nice and warm and easy to use aircon!

It’s was actually a wonderful clean place considering the ridiculous comments and reviews from previous people - ‘such entitlement’. would actually stay there again and recommended to anyone riding down for a stop over.

Walking distance to everything, including the beautiful beach and 50m ocean pool.. I liked that your room gets made up.(Room service)

My room was not private (room 4), it was located at the access ramp and staircase to get to and from the motel rooms. Lacked privacy people could see in my room (so had to have blinds down all the time) also hearing people talking, coming and going.

We love how the bed was comfortable we slept very well. The location where we stayed at was walking distance which was great not to use our car for transport. I like how the room was simple and small just for the 2 us. The kitchen was small but it's what we needed. The lights wasn't too bright including the lamps which was great. The bathrooms were quite small to fit 2 people but we were expecting anything too big, and the room was very clean and tidy. The pubs and food places were very close that we walked there for 2mins and it was fantastic to walk back 😍😁 Great place. Highly recommended 👌

One thing I didn't like is that there was no soap to wash our hands with. So we had to use our own sanitiser.

Fantastic location, very central to main shop’s & restaurants and pubs. Very clean and well maintained. 2 good sized bathrooms. On-site parking, across the road from the park & beach in easy walking distance.

The set up of the room. Being a 2 bedroom there was no common area - only 2 bedrooms which is not ideal when 2 couples are travelling together - would have preferred a door for privacy when walking in the front door as you are stepping straight into one of the bedrooms. No balcony.

Room was very clean and bed linen and towels were lovely. Loved having the USB charger in the powerpoint at the bedside

I found having to check in online outside the reception area a bit irritating. I can understand having that when there is no staff, but then to have a staff member come out to show me what to do was a bit annoying. I found paying the $100 bond a bit irritating. Just messes with my bank account and basically, you couldn't fix much for $100 these days. I didn't like the fact that others were smoking somewhere outside my room and the smell wafted into our room. I feel it would be a positive to make the whole site non-smoking and guests can go and smoke out in the street as they are subjected to in any other venues.

Venues such as clubs, restaurants and beaches were all in walking distance. Local people were very friendly. The Motel room was very clean and tidy. Loved the cocktails at the bar below our room. Fabulous stay.

This is just a suggestion and not negative in any way. A small BBQ on the balcony would have been great. Maybe some frypans, additional plates and cutlery in the kitchen would have aided.

The motel is close to the shops snd restaurants. The bed was comfy. It was clean and nice.

Too expensive for this type of facility it was gloomy if you want to spend time inside the room (like a rainy day as we had to). This is because you have to close the main curtain because of privacy, as people passing by to reach their rooms.

Quiet..great location..super clean..easy check in..friendly staff

We are a little older and found carrying suitcases and bags up and down the stairs a little challenging. Perhaps we should have researched a bit more and requested a ground floor room if possible. This would not stop us coming back however :)
