The apartment was spacious, with an ample living area and well appointed kitchen. The main bathroom was recently renovated to a high standard, and all equipment throughout the apartment was of good quality, like in ones’s home. The carpets were new and good quality, as were the tiles in the kitchen and dining area. It was easy to keep clean. Quilts and linen were of good quality and ample towels were provided. We had one car space allocated and communication with staff was excellent. Location was very good and we had water views.

Sharon was a very welcoming host, from the moment of booking until we left, the communication provided made our stay smooth sailing. beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, brand new looking inside, gorgeous soaker spa bath, well equipped kitchen, walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beach.. will definitely be back to stay.

Excellent apartment, recently rennovated, close walk to town, food, coffee, beaches, shopping, etc. Great beds, right next to the pool, nice new furniture, carpets, kitchen appliances, looking forward to returning here and seeing how the main bathroom reno turns out :). Great friendly hosts and owners. Palms will definitley be our go to place when returning to Merimbula.

loved the proximity to the Main Street and the spacious apartment. The weather was terrible even mid to late December so the spacious apartment was fantastic! the view helped too. we had apartment number 5 which we all agreed was the best re view etc! the apartment was clean and well appointed. gorgeous decor and everything you could possibly need at hand. we had a wonderful stay as a family of four. :)

The only thing I can think of was the tiles in the main bathroom were so slippery when wet (the shower isn’t enclosed) so water went everywhere when my kids showered. I slipped and did the splits ᴸᴼᴸ! but I understand it could be dangerous. I think they’ll probably ‘renovate’ that bathroom next as it was the older looking one so hopefully they’ll pop in non slip tiles perhaps? other than that all excellent!!

Close to everything, apartment was lovely, only two very minor things, no shampoo or conditioner I don't want to have to buy a large bottle and other places had it so I did expect it. Ice, please make ice in freezer it's painful to have to buy a bag of ice for a couple of drinks on the first night. The place was brillant and totally recommend .

The unit was very clean upon arrival and contained everything we needed. It was well furnished and comfortable with beautiful views over water and up the hills. It is in a great location - a couple of hundred meters one way to the shops, a couple of hundred meters the other way to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Ensuite window didn’t close properly, safety concern. Didn’t really feel that we could open the bedroom door for fresh air as the screen door didn’t feel secure enough to do so.

The apartment had everything we needed to make our own meals: toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. It's like home away from home.

It would be nice if the lights in the living room could be brighter, which would help with our reading.

We had a very nice overnight stay at The Palms. Our apartment was large, clean and had good amenities. The balcony with views of the lake was lovely. Restaurants, cafes and shopping all nearby. Staff communicated well, and self-check in was easy.

One of the showers was over a spa tub, which could create an accessibility issues for some. But there are two bathrooms so not a huge issue.

The renovations are amazing. The bathrooms are beautiful and the whole place is lovely and fresh. The spa bath was so relaxing. It’s quite roomy too. The pool area was great and we enjoyed using that.

The bed was a little bit hard but otherwise everything was great.
