Nice, small (6 rooms only) motel, fairly new (in 2025). It's across the road from the river, so the views are pleasant. Has a well appointed communal kitchen for making meals and eating.

Our aircon unit wasn't working properly and always stayed on high speed (noisy) so we couldn't run it during the night and it was hot and humid. The motel is about 5km out of town, so a short drive is needed to get food, drinks, etc. Glasses hadn't been washed properly. The Nescafe pod coffee maker in the room is useless.

Clean, modern, comfortable, beautiful views and a peaceful quiet setting. My partner and I had a lovely stay, watched the sunrise in the morning over the water, enjoyed the beautiful beaches, river walks and had some scenic and incredible skydives at the prettiest drop zone in the country at Skydive oz. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we’ll be back no doubt. Tim was a great host.

located right next to the airport (didn't hear any planes though) with amazing views of the river. this new property hasn't built cheap - all fixtures, beds, lams, tv's, coffee machines, cups, bathrooms all fittings are top of the line. well set up and only being 6 rooms means you're not crowded. the rooms are huge with plenty of space and the bathroom is great too. lots of hot water, soft fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner all provided. loved my stay and would def recommend

Location was fantastic - right opposite the river, you could see people fishing in the evening and the morning. Being right next to the regional airport was amazing, the runway next to the accommodation is not open at night so it was very quiet and you wouldn't realise there was a small airport next to you if you didn't see it driving in. Great to have a lounge and full kitchen that you can use apart from the lovely room that we paid for.

Quality appointments throughout, nothing cheap about the place. Communal lounge area with tables & chairs, lounge chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Only six apartments, so nice and quiet. Nice view of the Moruya River just across the road. Check-in was smooth, and SMS and email communication from the hosts was timely, clear and concise.

No flyscreens on the sliding door/window - several flies rushed in the minute the door was opened, and stayed the whole weekend. And it would have been useful to have a broom handy - the floor got quite 'crunchy' underfoot after the first day.

a cross between a motel, & bnb. a quiet location, short drive from town, a lovely river view from the balcony. room was fitted out in modern, minimalist fashion, comfortable furnishings, loved the extra facilities like iron & board, bar fridge, wifi, all worked well. shower large & clean. we briefly used the kitchen facilities, you could easily host a dinner party with all that was available, from cooking facilities, crockery etc, and ample fridge, d/w etc host made it quite clear that bikes, advice, and washing was able to be assisted, on request.

a number of cobwebs, on the balcony area, with harmless spiders, was a minor thing.

Very nice property with large rooms & balcony with great views. Safe stay & super quiet and calm. Great for solo travelers too. It’s only 5 minutes away from the Moruya town where you get everything you’d basically need.

They are doing things a "little differently", with a communal bar kitchen area for all guests ( see photo) . The "core" offer is good. Liked access to a balcony for fresh air. It is new fresh and bed was great. If you want to enjoy a sky dive it is next door! Collateral and offer can be improved.

It was raining a lot which meant covered walkways were very wet. Pity access had no under cover space. A comfortable lounge option would also add to comfort.

The room was nice and spacious, with beautiful decor and a very comfy bed. All the rooms look out onto the Moruya River, which is stunning. There is a shared common area with a kitchen and proper coffee machine, great for longer stays. The owner is easy going and friendly, the kind of welcoming stay you get in small coastal towns.

There were some issues around staff shortages due to Covid, so it was difficult to get reliable cleaning staff. The room could have been cleaner with fewer cobwebs but understandable given the current circumstances.
