Kids really enjoyed the waterslide and jumping pillow. The park itself was in a great location. Close to all things, but nice and quiet. The cabin we stayed in was set up well with the two rooms. It was nice to walk out the door, over the dunes, and down along the beach to the surf club for breakfast.

The playground was a bit boring, and could used a gurney. The go karts closed too early. There was a lot of bee's around the pool area. So just a heads up if you have allergies, keep your pen close.

Comfortable beds. Very attractive Park with easy access to the beach. Lots of vegetation to act as a good wind break for campers, and the birdlife was lovely. We needed to upgrade from the boat house to a 2 bedroom cabin, as the boat house wasn't really suitable for our needs as two single adult travellers. It would suit a couple on a budget with up to two children. The bunk beds are in the hallway. Very small bathroom. Our cabin on the other hand was the perfect layout for our needs. The accomodation was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Reception staff were very friendly, and helpful. Overall an excellent caravan park. Nambucca itself has breath taking views from the beach lookouts. If you are after a good coffee, I'd recommend the Book Shop Cafe. Enjoy your stay!

If I had to pick a negative it would be that there was no kitchen bin in our cabin for some reason. Other than that I can't fault the place.

Great size cabin with everything you'd possibly need. Kitchen was fully equipped with a small full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker. Neat, clean and comfortable, and only a few metres to the beach. Other facilities include a laundry (you'll need to pay for the machines), a games room, large play area and pool with a large slide. Staff were friendly and really helpful.. Located only 3 - 5 mins drive from shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. We look forward to returning to Tasman Big 4 Holiday Park very soon

Nambucca Heads is a pretty spot. We stayed two nights here, principally to explore Nambucca Heads and to play the Nambucca Island Golf course, which itself did not disappoint. We stayed at the Big 4 Tasman as it seemed reasonably priced. The location is not practically within walking distance of the town centre but is located behind a densely wooded dune behind the beach. Beach access is 50 metres away. The surf was a bit wild whilst we were here and the beach is not an ideal surf beach. But the Big 4 has a small pool and water slides and other facilities to amuse pre-teen children. Our accommodation, in a self contained cabin was very clean, well appointed and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and check in and out very simple. This style of accommodation and setting suits our style of travelling.

Nothing disappointed us.

The property was well kept and looked amazing. I loved that the beach was an easy walk and if you didn't want to go to the beach the pools were wonderfully kept.

We had three different bookings for three different families and one person booked in for all three. One one occasion two of us used the wrong code to get out the gate which left the third unable to get out of the gate ... no-one had explained the coding situation to us. We found out the hard way that one code was needed per vehicle for exit and entry which left one vehicle unable to get out. The lady at the gate helping us sort it all out was extremely rude and aggressive. We admitted to being at fault and apologised but she was not having it and wanted to have her say. It may have been irritating for her but the way she spoke to us was totally unacceptable! For this reason alone, I will never be staying at this particular park again. We will not be treated like that an

The location was lovely and the park facilities for a family was great. Kids loved the jumping pillow area.

The cabins bathroom had an automatic light/heat fan which was incredibly annoying and loud. As it was between the two rooms, during the night and morning, you'd wake everyone up by using the bathroom. There was no way to turn this off, and it was ridiculous. This was not family friendly at all

The location I’m walking distance to the beach was wonderful. - plenty of trees made it feel like I was in nature. Enjoyed the pool swim. Spacious interior with kitchen facilities. - great staff - well maintained grounds

I had trouble with turning on light in kitchen. - not sure if bulb was blown - when I discovered it / early am - had to leave before office opened so couldn’t consult with them . Also as the cabin is very close to campers / there was some music noise early in the evening but that dissipated later on.

parking. can allowed to stay 4 adults, but only one car allowed. Also, cleaning the used dishes ok. but asking the guests to clean , dry & keep them away where they have taken. which say the property cleaners may not due any more cleaning, purely rely on guest cleaning of their used dishes for the next guest is the worrying part. in our case we havent used any dishes any way as we were eating outside all the time. just observation.

We drove from Sydney to Brisbane to see family, on the way up we stayed one night to see if we liked it and on the way back we stayed four nights and absolutely loved our time here. The staff are excellent - the front desk not only upgraded us on our second stay to one of the new units, they called us before our second stay to offer their promotion for an additional night for free, they wanted us to have a great experience and it really showed. Both rooms we stayed in were enjoyable, but the new units facing the beach were a 10/10 super relaxing looking out at the bush and wildlife and really fairly priced

There was not anything we didn't like, if I was to offer a suggestion - Nambucca Heads being such a small town and there aren't many delivery options to the site - they do provide free BBQ's, if the office had BBQ packs of food for us to cook that night we would have definitely bought them. Might not be commercially viable, if it were we would have bought something like that most nights rather than go to the Woolworths in town

We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wifi and smart tv. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool and waterslides provided so much fun for the kids,as well as the Goanna Cove. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was next to our cabin, but had a cabin in between. We parked out front to take out suitcases and then parked.
