Apartment was perfect for us, clean, tidy and had all the amenities. Bed and lounge was comfy. Location was everything (we attended a concert at Accor stadium) so bus (525) stop was a 5min stroll from the flat, or a 15min walk to Parramatta station if you prefer a train ride (right next to a Westfield mall - also a plus). There is also a ferry stop close by, great to take for a little day trip - check timetable for this. Lastly, but certainly not least, our host Magre was the best, and is a valuable asset to Parkside Apartments. She has a wealth of knowledge of the area and gave us a ton of info regarding public transportation, great places to eat and favourite coffee spots. We would certainly stay again.

For my family and I, everything was great. I think just a precaution. There is no lift, we were at the top 3rd level, so 5 flights of stairs. We were absolutely fine with it, but I guess for those who might find the climb challenging and/or need wheelchair facilities, this won't be for you.

We absolutely loved our stay here. First of all, we really liked Parramatta. It is a city with its own interesting history and issues, and the ferry into Sydney was charming. We enjoyed being in a place where we could hear all the unfamiliar bird calls (at all hours), and smell the eucalyptus trees. The apartment itself was very comfortable and a welcome resting place after a long flight.

I liked this stay a lot so this is a hard question to answer. I was unprepared for the mosquitos, but after the first evening learned my lesson and kept the doors closed. The city sprays for bugs once a week, it seems, and the smell bothered me a bit but not much. These were very minor details that did not detract from the value of our stay. I would go back in a moment if I could!

Reverse cycle unit in the balcony discharges condensation just outside the sliding door on route to the plumbing outlet. The door mat obstructs the discharge creating a pool. This could be slippery and risking a potential fall. The bath rooms do not have exhaust fans. Windows can be opened but lack privacy in full view from neighbouring units.

It had so much space for our family of 4 two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. It was in a very quite neighbourhood. It was very well kept and clean. We will definitely be staying again.

The only thing we would say is the dryer is due for an update.

It was great for our family for the weekend. Had everything we needed and much more! Was nice and quiet too.

The bed was very hard in the main bedroom and very uncomfortable but can’t complain with everything else we could deal with a hard bed for a few days.

Great location as close to river ferry and short walk to train station. The area was quiet and the apartment well presented. Having 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) was a bonus. Allowed check in from 12 midday if needed.

It was a bit of a walk to the supermarket and as we didn't have transport we only got a few lighter items each time as it wasn't far enough to get a taxi or uber. Everything else was great.

Staff = Linda was very punctual, nice and helpful. Apartment - was very clean and spacious and the facilities/amenities made our stay very comforting and enjoyable. We felt very safe and at home with the security doors and car garage.

Clean and comfortable and I was able to use the cooking facilities for home cooked meals. And laundry facilities to do the washing as I travelled with family.

The area was very convenient with an easy stroll to town and a lot of eateries and stores. The place was very quiet and the manager Margre was amazingly helpful and communicated with us wonderfully.

Lovely part of Parramatta. The apartment is spacious and clean and comfortable. I like having fans provided in the bathroom, and the kitchen is well provided. Margre was lovely in meeting us there and ensuring we had everything we needed.

I didn't like having to pay for parking on-site, but I guess that is a Sydney thing- as are the prices. The apartment could do with providing a hair-dryer
