I didn't wanna wake up early so I missed the breakfast(we played late night last night). The room and building is super old but also exceptional clean, there's microwave and fridge in the room and it's super convenient to store some food and re-heat them when you got back too late and there are no any restraunt open except you left lunch in the fridge.

The toilet is hilariously small but that's okay. The really annoying part is that the light is super bad, you can barely see nothing unless you also turn the lights in the toilet on, but the toilet light comes with the fan running and it could be loud. The wifi seems not working at least during the night I live.

Stayed at Burwood B & B Over Easter it was very clean and tidy price was good staff friendly and helpful. The room we had came with kettle mircowave and bar fridge was on ground floor had side court yard lovely old style living room near the room and off street parking. It's close to everything only mins walk and your at Burwood RSL . Train station was around 5mins walk away. ( didn't even hear the trains ). Burwood Westfield shopping centre about 12mins away ( walking ) Didn't think much of the breakfast part of this as only toast and jam no Cereal or milk. I would definitely come back when in Sydney again

I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the ataff were, they were amazing. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean. Overall a good stay for the price I paid.

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like, the experience was good. The shower could have used a bit more room and more ventilation but it was not too bad. The breakfast was good but it would have been nice to see a wider variety of spread options for the toast.

Breakfast was very welcome. We were very pleased the club was just a walk up the street and again the food was good. I would have appreciated another large pillow rather than the cushion. The staff were very welcoming and happy people.

We both were comfortable and we did not have any dislikes. .We needed reasonably priced, clean and comfortable accommodation for one night and you fulfilled that for us. thank you

Great location, in the heart of the New Chinatown. With car park included. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to the train station (7 minutes walking). Family room that accommodates my family of 4. Special thanks to Linda for the warm welcome and always willing to help.

Bathroom too narrow and deserves a better door. The room size is great.

breakfast simple, hearty and plentiful. Room and facilities (appliances etc) reliable yet a tad confusing with all power point adaptors. I found the bathroom sharing a bit uncomfortable, yet the bathroom was spotlessly clean as was everything else in the joint. After all the bathroom located in my side of the room was hardly "shared" with anyone else. Very close to shops, shopping centres, Burwood train station and bus stops.

Obliging staff. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Good Wifi. Close to RSL,shops, train,restaurants.

No breakfast. Take your own to your room with paper plates and plastic spoons. No Cup. Shower so small that I could not turn around. Wash basin so small that you made a mess. No handle on toilet door. Thought I was not going to get out. No desk in room. Poor light. No bed lamp. Not sure about security of doors and protection of valuables.

the location is really good. very easy to get to from the CBD.

The stairs sucked but that’s par for the cause - mist older buildings have stairs

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building, and the room had everything we needed for our stay (tea and coffee making things, tv, wardrobe, small table). Bed was very comfortable and plenty of natural light. The en-suite was compact but we appreciated having our own bathroom. We were lucky and had parking on site.
