The property was great, a 5 minute walk to the North Shore Private hospital. The accommodation included free parking which was very tight. When full we were permitted to stay overnight in the reception parking area. The continental breakfast was basic but plentiful.

The room had an electric airfreshener which was overpowering when we walked in. We unplugged it and that helped. The other problem was that the base of the shower leaked meaning that the bathroom floor was quite wet.

Soft bed, clean carpet and fresh smell. The pricing and the handy location of bus stops are a huge bonus. This will be my motel of choice for any future Sydney trips hands down.

Stairs only. They are not usually an issue however had a lot of luggage this trip. Admittedly also needed early checkin so happy to take the first room available which happened to be top floor. Its not a true negative just something for people to keep in mind. Also very limited parking for anyone who has a vehicle (we didn't I just noticed how tricky it might be if we had of had our car)

Fantastic staff who were lovely and went above to help me. Simple Breakfast that was included and kept me going. Rooms were clean and have a microwave which can be quite helpful, especially when mean food places shut early.

For it worked. but I can understand that’s there may be issues with people physical disabilities as there seem to be lack of access and if people need to write or study in the hotel there no place for that.

The location, value for money, breakfast , and staff are courteous, the room very comfortable, and the supplies of tea and coffee very nice.

I have problems with the parking facilities, not enough car space for customers and the location of the car pack at the end of the building was problematic , not enough space for car to drive out without scratching your car, no way a new driver will manage it.

Location close to North Sydney CBD, plenty of street parking just across the road, reception still on site at 10.30pm, private bathroom (rare at the price), metal keys (far less likely to malfunction than digital cards), very clean. Rooms are basic but warm, quiet and comfortable. Free continental breakfast but can't comment as I haven't tried it yet.

The accommodation was perfect for my stay near North Shore Private hospital while my husband had surgery. The room was very clean, and I felt very safe staying there on my own. The staff were very helpful & friendly. I needed to leave my car in the carpark for a while after checkout and it was not a problem to them at all

The staff were very friendly. They kept the room and property clean. They allowed me to check in 2 hours prior and allowed me to check out 2 hours later. Super accessible location. Walkable from st. Leonards station. They provide complementary breakfast too.

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Despite rumblings from others guests . I thought it was terrific value for money. I liked the crisp fresh sheets and the room was clean enough and no smell

The remote had no backing ( room # 5 ) and the batteries kept falling out. The remote itself was also sticky. Don’t know how many fingers have touched it No car parking available, I heard one guest say she’s parking there all day whilst she catches a bus to Manly. I have a prestige car and even if I did get a spot I’d be worried it would get hit….it’s very tight in there. Cars were also double parking…it was a nightmare. I parked next door for $10 24 hrs I got a very secure spot. Tariff was only $207 for the night too. Competitive, might try them next time

Great location to North Shore Private. Flat easy walk for my 80 year old mother.

Like everyone has stated. Parking tight! Get there early and take your smallest vehicle.

Room was very adequate for what I needed, clean, and a good hot shower. Breakfast was in the little caffe joining the motel, there was a good variety of food, from three different cereals, toast with butter, a variety of jams, honey, vegemite, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, fruit juice, tea or coffee. All in a very relaxed atmosphere.

On my arrival, there was an empty can of soft drink in my room, which wasn’t mine.
