Bed too close to door (101) Desk corner too close to unsuite (bruised hip) Breakfast menu didn't include just toast or cereal option Fridge inadequate to chill water Bottom sheet on bed had blood on the side and it was wrinkled up first 2 nights like only the top of the bed was made properly. When dirty linen was replaced and room cleaned, crumbs still on desk and table and some dirty linen had been just dropped on the floor. One office chair and one lounge chair with coffee table made room service for a couple difficult. Would prefer 2 chairs and a table to eat at and have coffee.

The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting The Mater Hospital either by car or bus. The hotel’s secure parking area was excellent, and dinner at the on-site café was delicious. The room (203) was bright & airy and and a very good size. Even though the bathroom was quite small, it was well equipped and had a good shower which had no leaks! Most importantly, the price was very reasonable compared with other hotels in the area and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room was quite noisy being located above the garage roller door and the area used by delivery trucks. And work started on the apartments being built opposite the hotel in Bellevue Ave at around 6:30am. At a guess this building work could easily be happening for another 12 months or so. Obviously there’s nothing the hotel can do to change this situation!

We were upgraded to a suite with a king size bed as random customer of the day and a bit of a view from the balcony, bed very comfy and appreciated the coffee pod machine, good value for money and the location suited our needs. Coffee was very good and and the breakfasts were generous and very good.

The only issue with the bathroom was the shower head was a little loose and would not stay up but was high enough to still get wet under! Informed staff when booking out and they were most apologetic and made a note in front of me that I imagine would be going to the maintenance person. Parking a bit tight in the area as our mini bus would not fit in the underground car park with the 2M height limit

The view of Sydney is phenomenal(if you choose the higher level room). You can see the Sydney skyline which looks pretty during the day and night. The facilities work properly and are clean. The staff clean the room daily. The cleanliness of the room and facilities is noticeable and well done. For nearby food options, there is a cafe downstairs and a ton of restaurants covering all cuisines around the area. The spa and shower work properly and are clean. Some amenities like lotion and body wash are provided. The key cards work reliably and can be mixed with other cards without any issues. There is also a fridge, table and TV. The train station is a 15 minute walk away and the train ride to the city is about 20 minutes.

The garage is not ideal for SUVs and the carpark is very tight to travel around in if you have a big car. Also there is only one elevator for the basement which can mean it takes time to go from the car park to any other levels or vice versa.

My room was larger than I expected and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and, while nobody mentioned anything about breakfast to me, so I assumed there wasn't one. I did enjoy a brunch at the cafe there one day, though. The overall location was good too. Just a 1km uphill walk from the train station.

Really, it was fine. I would have been interested to know if there was breakfast provided though. Also, some of the staff were great, while one or two were somewhat taciturn.

The location the public transport right out of the door basically.

They took 40 dollars apart from the deposit because I ask to borrow a charge and they didn't wait until we checked out to check if I would give it back or not and instead they took the money without telling us. However we talked to them and they refunded the money. So I'm just saying this so they can check these actions in the future. Maybe they should charge once you check out and if you keep the thing the charge.

I liked the proximity of the motel to RNSH, the in-house restaurant, the proximity to bus stops from the city and to the city, they shuttle bus service to Chatswood. It was very convenient for a stay in Sydney from several hours away over the mountains (Central Tablelands) and travelling by public transport

The shower recess in Room 415 is too small for a person 182cm tall (only 80-85cm square). It is very confining to wash hair and body without bumping the taps and shower unit and the walls. A previous stay in Room 403 had a much more spacious shower recess.

The room was clean and had the level of facilities expected at this price point. The property is well served by public transport options with regular buses connecting to St Leonards train station. Check in staff were efficient and courteous. WiFi was effective.

Our only gripe was that, although the Aircon was working well when we checked in and during the evening until bedtime, we woke up at 4am feeling very warm because A/C was no longer operating. Uncomfortable in humid Sydney summer conditions. Otherwise all was fine

We didn’t have breakfast because we had tp attend the hospital and my husband had to fast so I didn’t eat either The staff were so helpful The shuttle service provided was such a great help Every item on the dinner menu was to our liking, especially the gluten free options. Catering staff were very helpful The front of house staff were courteous and helpful as well as being efficient and cheerful The shuttle bus driver was polite and helpful The halls and room were clean and had a pleasant fresh aroma
