We were there for Taylor Swift's concert and the staff went above and beyond to make the weekend special. From playing the music in the restaurant to the lyrics written in the elevator, it was such a nice vibe. Very close to shops, a hub train station and many restaurants. Room was clean, had a microwave and kitchenette which was very useful, great blockout curtains and a nicely sized bathroom with an over bath shower.

The room only had 1 pillow per person which was quite a flat pillow. The aircon seems like they use evaporative, which would be fine in dry heat but unfortunately we had 90% humidity so the room stayed quite warm.

Not a bad hotel at all for the price. Spa bath included in the room, most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel, close to Westfields and train station, nice breakfast, parking on site- a lot to like.

Seem to be a dispute between staff at breakfast time or they were short staffed- either way there was no cutlery and a room full of tables that were not cleared and nowhere to sit. We tidied a table for ourselves, and made someone aware. They eventually sorted it out. Food was good though.

Was clean and comfortable was exactly as what the pictures look like which can sometimes not be the case. If I need to stay In parramatta again I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I realise it will probably be in the fine print but it was unexpected when I had to pay an extra $200 to cover potential Damages. I know You get the money back but if you pay on card you don’t get it back for about 2-3 days so maybe make this a little more prominent. I have never had to do this before normally the card on file just gets charged if any damages occur. Not having to pay upfront.

Great location, close to the mall, train and bus facilities

Second stay with this location, first time was with my sister for an Origin game in Sydney. Was greeted with less than pleasant reactions from the check in staff and asked to have a $300 holding for the duration of our stay whereas, when I checked in the second time with my father for the NRL grand final we had a lot nicer welcome and only asked to take a $100 holding (as hotels normally do) I feel as though my sister and I were judged before we entered the building and a price of holding was based off our looks and age. (Please bare in mind it was a late flight with a long train ride, no make up and comfortable clothing)

Amazing staff, gave us an upgrade. The property was extremely clean, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We thought of washing one of our coffee mugs when we returned from our day trip but by the time we came back, the mug was washed already. Thank you so so much whoever did it, but you really didn't have to do that, we felt super guilty. :-)

The WiFi speed could be better.

It was close to Westfield and the train station. Easy access to the city and Qudos bank stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and suitable for my two night stay.

The bathroom needs a few repairs. Cracks running up tiles and a water damaged door needs replacing. A bit dusty and no bottled water in the rooms. Found it odd that the bar didn’t open on weekends. A drink before our concert would have been ideal

Luxurious and view of the first room, loved it. My parents loved the place. They enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and said it was great. Dad at the gym, mum in the pool. They absolutely loved the place.

Lifts were out. However, Mantra was very accommodating to ensure my 70 year old parents were taken good care of. Thank you, and I really do appreciate your hospitality.

A few things - Bed on the Apartment side was so comfortable as it was one bed and was a nice firmness. (I find a lot of hotels go for ultra soft and they are so uncomfortable). This bed was great. Nice clean room. I wanted to also say that your staff at this hotel were fantastic. I let the front desk know the next morning of my internet issue and they had me moved to a different side of the hotel to fix the issue. This room I was moved to was lovely with a lovely note and amenities left from the front desk. Great touch. I hope I get everyone's name right here as I wanted to make sure I wrote them all down because of the wonderful impression left. I wanted to call out to the hotel GM regarding some feedback - Andrew your Front Office Manager, Prajwol Front Office AM, Sai - C&E Manager and Shivani and Toshiba - front reception - (I am so sorry if I have miss spelled the names here or I got wrong- One lady with long dark hair and other with short hair and glasses.) All of these people I interacted with on multiple occasions over my 4 day stay were so wonderful each time speaking with them. So helpful and accommodating in all aspects. Great management and reception team. I hope they are recognised for the amazing attitudes and hospitality given. :)

Bed on the hotel side - 2 single beds together I don't really like as you end up sleeping in the crack of the bed. Firmness was ok. Rooms looking a bit weathered and could do with a bit of an update. I had issues with the internet on the hotel side so I was moved to an apartment side where the internet was much better.

Location was perfect very convenient

When having a shower the water went all over the bathroom floor. There was only a shower curtain and did nothing to stop the water spreading all over the place. We needed a lot of towels to clean the floor to make it safe to use the toilet and basin. I felt it was very dangerous. We stayed for four days and there was no housekeeping during this time, was wasn’t ideal as we needed to keep asking for toilet paper & towels

Great customer service at both reception and restaurant. Excellent location and very close to everywhere we needed to attend. Room was very clean and well set out. Property was quite for such a busy area.

The parking was restrictive (tight spot to navigate). Shower is very good but unless you put the shower curtain in, you flood the floor. I didnt think quick enough being so tired after a very long drive.
