The suite was surprisingly luxurious for the money. Love having a view from my bed (although if you were scared of heights this might not be such a plus). Room was clean. Everything you could want for a one night stay (like me) or a multi week stay was available.

Parking was really tight - but that seems typical for Sydney and not something that can possibly be changed.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment and the view is something I have never experienced before, it was amazing, the apartment was clean and tidy and we had a comfortable stay

I stay at this facility as often as I can because the location is central to transport and restaurants and has a mini supermarket on the ground floor. A 5 minute walk will take you to the F3 ferry wharf for a service to Circular Quay or a 15-minute walk to the Parramatta train station. The recently opened Parramatta Light Rail is also nearby with services to the Westmead children's and General Hospital. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only negative is that the reception is on level 4, which causes confusion for first-time guests and those with little understanding of English.

we have 3 kids 9, 6 and 3. we absolutely loved the security of the qhole building and that coffe table/couch and seats were really heavy so they couldn't be easily moved or picked up. the biggest bonus also was that the sliding doors to the balcony were HEAVY! only an adult could open them. our kids did try and failed each time so that qas a big relief that they couldnt just have free access to the balcony and potentially fall off. the hotel staff were really friendly and accomodating. also the woolies downstairs have a big enough variety for a store that is small.

The only thing we didn't like was that our king bed mattresses weren't zippped together so the beds kept splitting and there would be a gap inbetween us. Wifi is good but not the fastest. The chromecast wasn't the greatest either. it would link to our devices but then later on unlink and we would have to keep connecting to the wifi again just to link our device to the tv again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exactly as I’d hoped—very cozy, with a fantastic view from the high floor I requested. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy the space. I’m extremely pleased with the room and would happily stay here again!

The hotel stay was great overall, but parking was a challenge. The hotel’s parking rates were quite high, and there were only a few spaces available at the front. Waiting for an open spot was a bit chaotic—it felt like a dash-and-grab situation every time. Would love to see more affordable and accessible parking options for guests :( the alternative wilson parking about 200 metres away did not help as we are not local and cannot download the app for payment.

The Suite was very nice. Modern, clean, new amenities & equipment. The King Size bed was exceptionally comfortable! I suffer with spinal issue & was concerned about that but was very surprised & very thankful for this! Also for such a large complex, it was very quiet, making a very restful night.

Parking! The limited parking availability meant we had to park at an external parking station, which for someone travelling with luggage, very difficult & uncomfortable!Thankfully we were traveling with a small car! Our larger car would not have been able to access this. Wifi internet was not easily accessible to start with, had to call Maintenance to assist. Internet was very unstable & had to be reset repeatedly making watching a movie, not entertaining.

Spectacular views from the sky rise apartment. Very wel appointed. Large and spacious. High end. Big balcony area. Large living and bathroom. Modern amenities. Quiet and comfortable. Very secure. Close to supermarket. Independent zoned air conditioning. Highly recommended.

PARKING: As this was for an event there was no parking. You cannot reserve parking. First come basis. We were reversing out of a grid lock boom gate up ramps backwards. No concierge, reception or drop off area on street level. Need to find paid parking first in Parramatta somewhere then proceed to lag your luggage to level 4 reception. 180 George St expands over a large block. There is many buildings and cafes etc so hard to find the actual Reception. Seek Meriton Suites on GPS not 180 George by Meriton. Very annoying.

Very close to transports, amenities for anything you want. As there is Woolworths just downstair from the apartments

We had 1, 3 bedrooms suite and I stayed 2 bedroom suites for 4 days stay. Group of 12 people. My niece requested more amenities from the first night we stayed as they did not provide enough amenities. Phone to reception and they say someone will come. Didn’t come at all. Next day my niece called again as we were going out early and explain to staff what we didn’t received the night before. As again, will do it as priority. Came back late afternoon and still didn’t received what we requested. I got frustrated and went down and tell the staff not a very good services. How does it take to get our amenities. If, it wasn’t me going down to reception I wouldn’t get what I wanted in 10mins . Very disappointing serviced

Great spa and indoor and outdoor pools. Handy having the Woolworth’s metro downstairs. Lovely spacious apartment with balcony. Very modern and clean and tidy.

The toilet didn’t flush very well. The induction cooktop was difficult to turn on. We didn’t end up using it. There is limited car parking at the apartments so best to find alternative car parking options. The Wilson carpark which they recommended was difficult to figure out. We had issues downloading the app and payment had to be done via that. So a little bit stressful.

We loved the view and air-conditioner in the room plus the living room. We loved the facilities, especially the sauna. We also loved the fact that the balcony was connected to both the living room and the bedroom and it was great to have a big window for a nice view while sitting in the living room. We also liked how convenient the location was, there was a metro with reasonable prices directly downstairs as well as nice cafes and dining restaurants surrounding us.

Customer service needs a little bit of working on and the rooms needed a little bit more cleaning. We asked for maintenance regarding our bedroom door and were told they'd fix it in the morning as a priority but never came in or asked any more questions about it. Another thing is the double beds were a bit annoying to sleep in because they were separate mattresses therefore making it hard to cuddle up because the mattress kept on splitting in the middle.
