Pritema helped me by phone before the stay and was very generous and thoughtful. Other staff members during stay were very accomodating and responsive. Rooms are spacious and well supplied with necessities. Close to Metro station

Proximity to highway made it a little noisy during the night but this is the price to pay for a central location. One or two items (curtains looking tired in bigger apartment, as well as a few cobwebs outside of windows and mould outside of windows in 2 smaller apartments) might just need a little attention to bring quality up to near perfection. They were very small items that did not impact our stay. And were promptly addressed by staff when noted.

We arrived late after a long day travelling and we had also prebooked off street parking. The staff greeting us at reception were marvelous, had clear, printed paper work to gain entry to the garage and to use the facilities of the premises. While staying 4 nights we did lots of local travel by train using St Leonards station, a mere 3 or 4 minutes walk away. We will definately stay again as I can not think of anything negative about our stay. Fantastic.

I drove to Sydney from rural NSW to see an AFL preliminary final. The location right next door to Metro was fantastic. There are also plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The hotel room itself was superb.

I prefer to have face ti face checkin - especially when managing multiple bags and finding my phone and glasses to scan the QR code was just a little inconvenient. The aircon also rattled and hummed all night but I was exhausted so was able to still get a good night's sleep.

The room we were given smelled of cigarettes but the reception staff were very nice and helpful in finding us a different room. Since this was obviously unexpected, the new room had two singles instead of a king size as requested but again the staff were so helpful and had it fixed for us by the time we got back that evening. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station. Good coffee wasn't hard to find as there is a cafe next door.

The beds were uncomfortable. They could have had a mattress topper, but since the room change was last minute and probably after hours, that might have been on us, which is understandable.

Great location for where I was going, however I had a couple of things that were a bit so-so. There is no signage along the street to the building - I drove around the block 3 times before I rang themand asked for directions on how to get into the reception and how to get into the car park. My friend was dropped off by a taxi after I had checked in and rang me from the footpath asking how to get into reception. The entry is beside/behind a coffee shop, and there is no way anyone would be able to find it without someone telling them. A bit of signage, even just saying Quest with an arrow would be a great help

The room was clean, well orientated and nicely decorated.

Bed was a little hard, could feel the lump between the two mattresses. Your website is lacking in information about the specific hotel. There is no mention of food availability etc. It's hard to navigate with the booking box taking a third of the screen, and moving with you as you try to read the details of what the actual premises of St Leonard's offers. It is not user friendly once you have booked and need information.

Very spacious modern flat in a new built neighborhood Beds were great, slept tight We checked in extra early and no issues, that was awesome

Nothing major but some little things are outdated: the stereo is not working, the lock on the bathroom door handle is broken and the pan is dead. The pool and the spa are freezing. I do not really understand the idea behind having a jacuzzi style tub with bubbles where the water is about to turn to ice. The gym is tiny and it could use some dumbbells. It's at full capacity with 2 people.

Perfect for access to Royal North Shore hospital and also short walk to St Leonard’s station. Close by supermarkets, excellent cafe downstairs, 100 metres to a brilliant pub and there are multiple restaurant nearby Kitchenette allows for in room catering , rooms are comfortable and well setup. Rates are excellent for Sydney and regular train services enable quick easy access to the city. Easily affords a functional economic holiday base.

New and modern apartment hotel. Great big room with all the facilities. Best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel! Friendly staff. Situated next to the train station and only a few stations from downtown Sydney.

No breakfast, but I knew that in advance. Quite expensive, but that might have been because we stayed around new year.

GREAT value for money, very new, clean, and comfortable. Basic but spotless. Fantastic location close to transport, very close to both train and metro stations. Lots of food options in the surrounding Crows Nest / St. Leonards area.

During our stay there was construction occurring outside the room below us, and there wasn't much in the way of a view etc., however this was not important.
