What a fabulous location in Tumut!! Upon arrival, the reception staff handed over breakfast supplies including fresh milk, cereal, juice and fruit The managers were kind enough to upgrade the room from the basic room I booked, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Our large room had a sink and a bathtub. The bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was fabulous. The location of the motel is in the main street with all the shops, including pubs and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.

the parking just inconsiderate guests and there are plenty of them. not being able to book direct with the motel bad experiences booking through a third party agent. i like to talk to who i am dealing with.

The breakfast was a nice touch but only getting it for one morning and a very limited amount of milk was inconvenient. Yea and coffee alone use more milk than that.

Despite us leaving towels on rails they were replaced. They also took the soaps we were using and my personal shower cap leaving us with no soap for Day 2.

Sort of older style motel but very clean. Very comfortable beds - not a huge room but all you required was there. Large bathroom & small table & chairs - right in town. The light breakfast was perfect for us & much appreciated. The staff we dealt with were friendly & kind. Highly recommended for Tumut

The location was central and convenient and the room was well appointed and clean. The breakfast of fruit and cereal was very nice.

We have a large vehicle with a wide turning circle, and would have found a bit of extra space for reversing out quite useful .

Very comfortable suite, super quiet and in a central location (near cafes and absolutely beautiful alpine river walks). I was upgraded to an executive king suite, which was a bit like a cave, but I slept very well!

Wifi caused me headaches. I had to hotspot from my phone to do any laptop work. No other complaints.

The light breakfast provided as part of the package was a great quick start to the day. Heating and blankets good - Tumut can be chilly in the evenings at the time of year we went.

A few more cleaning products under the kitchenette sink would have been useful (fortunately we had some in the car). A 'between-guests' check on TV tuning, TV remote batteries, etc. was needed.

The room was great, very comfortable. Everything we need was in walking distance which was great

The car park wasn’t the best. Once I had parked the next guest to check in only had one option to park their car which blocked me in.

Great location right on the river and our room overlooked the gardens and river. Very clean. The bedroom area was quite spacious with a sliding door out to the gardens.

The kitchenette, wardrobe, and shower and toilet are all crammed into a very small area, so it was a bit squishy!

My husband liked the cereal choice - and used both his and my milk on the first morning. I felt the bed was the most comfortable ever and I wish I knew how you made the beds as the sheets stayed in place perfectly!!! . The staff involved in cleaning rooms were super friendly.

Breakfast perhaps each day and milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. We could not use the light in the bathroom as the noise of the fan was so loud. Interestingly so many of the visitors had very big cars/ utes etc which made the car park tricky for hopeless reversers like me! I have emailed you about a phone charger we left behind.
