The lady at reception was really lovely, and very helpful. The room was as expected, facilities were good. The fridge and air-conditioning worked really well for such a hot day. The park was well maintained, gardens, trees, roads and parking were great. The IGA was next door, which was really helpful.

The floors in the unit could've been cleaner, as our feet were dirty after walking around bare foot in the cabin. The room was extremely hot on arrival, and took until late that night for the bedrooms to cool down. The pool was really small for 20 people, it was like a human soup, but it was a really hot day. There was also no sitting area or cabin verandah, which I thought I had requested.

Staff was friendly. Pet friendly. Ash tray outside. Nice place to walk the dog near the river. The bats were amazing. So many ! Inside very clean and towels were presented beautifully. Bed was comfortable. We opted to stay a few extra days due to the great weather until the weather forecast turned bad. The $30 cleaning fee was reasonable even though our poodle type dog doesn't shed and is treated with flea and worm medication, would have made it a dream for the cleaners. We were all very comfortable thankyou. We left the place clean and tidy. Rubbish put away in the main bin area outside.. Our stay was beautiful. Thankyou.

Three things mainly. 1. The aircon was very noisy and needs attention. It would go through cycles of sounds that would range from normal humming to a loud level of humming that would vibrate the whole cabin just like we were in a helicopter about to assend to another planet. It wasn't too bad in the bedroom but in the kitchen it was extremely noisy. 2. The toilet paper was terribly thin. We ended up purchasing our own toilet paper. 3. After our 2nd an 3rd night we quickly ran out of coffee, tea and sugar and had to use our own.

Location was great. Right next to a servo too! Down the road from a drive through coffee shop which you had to drive past to get into town! Super convenient

Soooooo many kids lol. Which is fine lol it’s a family caravan park but you could never get to the pool cos it was overcrowded with kids and their GIANT floaters. As a single couple we wish the pool had ‘adult only’ hours. Would make it so much better to sit and relax without listening to the screaming and being splashed every two seconds. Especially with no parents actually watching the kids.

We drive between Sydney and Adelaide a few times a year and like to stay in Wagga on the journey home from Adelaide so our second day of driving is nice and short. This was our first time staying at the Big4 and it was lovely. It was excellent value for money and we were allowed to bring our dog into the cabin for a small additional cleaning fee. After 11 hours in a car with two young kids and a dog, comfy beds and a good aircon were just what we needed and the cabin delivered! The bathroom and kitchen were clean, everything in the cabin was neat and tidy. The facilities in the park were good, certainly there are caravan parks with bigger and better play areas etc. but they are always a lot pricier. Our kids had a great time on the playground regardless.

Staff could have been friendlier and the ASCO man turned up at 6.40am and was banging the trolleys around - outside our door the van or car doors are normal sounds - the banging of trolleys and the boxes was really not required There may have been misunderstanding on rooms (our vesicles would have fit together) and our dogs were in their crates in the cars - this could have been checked on if asked. but found the counter staff not prepared to be friendly.

The park is well managed, our cabins was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The location is beside a busy highway so it was a little noisy. The park was well serviced, but fairly basic, with little for the children to do. The children's bunks were located in the passageway between the kitchen and parents' room, and only a foot or two from the bathroom, so it wasn't great for them to get to sleep. We tried closing the sliding doors to help the children sleep, but they kept sliding open of their own accord as the floor wasn't level.

The park is located on the main road coming in from Sydney and on the banks of the river. The cabin was perfect for our stay (overnight) and allowed pets. Although not large, there was sufficient room for the two us plus our two small dogs, and could easily accommodate a family of four. The location was quiet and had a nice walk down to the river. Effective air conditioning is provided for both heat and cooling.

During periods of heavy rain, the grassed areas can become a bit soft. There are some fast food outlets a short walk away and an IGA next door; however, for other cafes and shops a drive into town would be required. For a cabin in a holiday park, there was nothing else to comment on.

The property was exceptionally clean, with comfortable furniture, including cozy beds and a sofa. The kitchen utensils and appliances were well-maintained, and the overall environment felt welcoming and relaxing.

The space was very clean, and the furniture, beds, and sofa were all comfortable. The utensils, bathroom, and fridge were spotless, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.

We loved our stay here it was only overnight but we could’ve definitely stayed a few more nights. We are a family of four: 2 adults 2 kids (3 and 1) and our American Staffy which we loved being able to bring him along too. Plenty room for us and it was clean and tidy and staff were lovely and helpful.

It was a bit rainy while we were there which you can’t help the weather but coming in from outside we brought a bit of grass and the floor was wet so I couple of door mats or extra towels for those wet days to wipe the floors would’ve been great but other than that we couldn’t fault it at all.

Clean site. Good staff presence. All staff encountered friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area and pool itself clean. Excellent aircon in cabin.

Kitchen equipment probably needs a refresh with mismatched crockery and labels on the draws so you at least know there are glasses in there would be good. Mugs were tiny. Take your own.
