The rooms are spacious and comfortable the family rooms are 2 bedroom with a kitchen and lots of room. They are doing a lot of renovations so be patient as it’s an older hotel but is being modernised. The family rooms have continuous hot water. Bronwyn in reception is amazing and will go out of her way to make your stay the best it can be. I love the Hotel that is on the same grounds and the Mexican restaurant. The food and drinks are amazing and the prices are extremely affordable. Staff over there are also amazing.

The hot water is not continuous on the single room side of the hotel and apparently is a problem due to work being done at the property. I was told it was going to be rectified. The showers and bathrooms are a bit small but manageable.

The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple and I was given the choice of a ground or 1st floor room. The room was a good size and very clean & comfortable. I have paid a lot more for much less. The bathroom had good lighting to apply my make-up, which I value. The bath was great too. All told, a good experience and I would stay there again.

The Managers and host were the best workers ive come across, not only they are beautiful woman who made sure we had what we needed but also they are very easy to approach, making us feel comfortable and safe, I loved that it was close to everything which made it easier to go in and out when we needed something from the store. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone for them to stay there cannot wait for their new renovated rooms

Extremely comfortable bed & lovely staff . Kim went out of her way to make me feel comfortable bringing me a toaster because I like toast in the morning. Very friendly locals & the bar staff are all lovely.

Everything great. Would recommend more signs for people arriving after office closed because I met someone who was a bit confused-turned out they could check in at the bar which was sorted out quickly.

Was a fantastic stay the restaurant food was flavours we had never experienced our room was clean as expected and done so everyday sometimes when we stay extended at other places they will clean only every second day but they where ontop of it all the time I had to extend my stay for medical and they where so understanding and accomodating 10/10 would stay again

for what you get it's great. I was surprised with how good it was after reading all the bad reviews. beds where fine rooms are big. maybe the bathrooms need up dating but over all fine

The convenience of the location can walk to Westfield's Liverpool and Warwick farm train station friendly helpful staff and the best thing is the Mexican Cantina in the pub next door great meals and drinks with a huge range of Tequila and great Margaritas my favourite place to stay in Western Sydney

It was our last night of being "homeless" for 2 weeks in sydney after being overseas for 6 months We enjoyed the variety of Sydney locations we have stayed in since we returned, each has a story and a positive aspect The possum on the roof at 3 am in the one in Penrith was the most fun We truly enjoyed the Cooks hill meal close by as we missed it My only regret is not finding the El Toro Motor Inn before, best value for money and location of them all for us Unfortunatly the restaurants werent open as thry wrre being renovsted but we look forward to trying

The reception lady/ manager was very lovely and extremely helpful, one of the more permanent residents was a delightful man I was traveling alone with my son and he was very understanding of my son's hyperactivity even sweet enough to give him a sombrero and was nice to have someone to converse with.

The staff was great, rooms were clean, park was great too and overall we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time at the motel as we were out for most of the time. We felt very safe at the accomodation.
