The staff are always polite, courteous and considerate, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. and are always happy to oblige - a real credit to their organisation.Special shout out to Shawn, William and Ash for taking such good care of us, answering all questions and providing great suggestions. Check-in and out was efficient and helpful. Room very clean and spacious.My room had a breathtaking view of the Brisbane City which brings me back lots of memories when I lived in Brisbane in 2008 to 2010. Also- great pool area,My daughter loved it here, it was a school holiday treat. Perfect location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport etc. All in All, a pleasant Christmas stay 2023 at Mantra on Queen! Also received their beautiful Christmas card and chocolates. I highly recommend Mantra on Queen! Excellent on every level is all I can say and We will definitely return as soon as we can.

Location was perfect, and beautiful views. Would have been nice if there was a cafe for a coffee to take away as we were departing, however plenty of places around to get one.

Bed you could feel a bar or join in the middle. I’d imagine it’s two beds joined together. Not ideal for a romantic getaway. Car Parking was a nightmare. Worst designed car parking ever. Never been so nervous driving in a car park. Otherwise it was great! I’d definitely stay again.

Location is in a prime spot for being so close the Queen Street Mall & surroundings. Lots of food places, walk along the river, gym's near bye. A really good spot.

There wasn't anything to really fault about the Mantra. Gym could maybe have a little upgrade. Very small room- but all around a really good hotel.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, we had a great view of the river. The room was lovely and comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked in advance and found it great value for money and in a great location.

The carpark is a little stressful if you have a big vehicle.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a jacuzzi! Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment on the 24th floor. Hotel location was close to places I wanted to go. Staff members were very helpful with the late check-in. Thanks for everything!

The location was good, near woolworths supermarket and bottle shop. A couple of places to eat within walking distance.

There was no room service in the 4 nights we stayed. Had to ask reception for toilet paper, etc, needed for our room. The curtains needed to be repaired as hanging off the rails.

The location and comfort

The parking alloted for guests are very few and need to be expanded. Very leas and hard to find especially when returning aftrr a day drive at night tired. Also the pillara cause difficulty.sometimes we went up.levwl.and beed to again reverse and come down to search parking

There was a maintenance problem in the toilet late on a weekend night, staff was really helpful to gimme a replacement immediately with complementary upgrade to compensate for inconvenience.

Parking was a bit congested for a 4 wd.

The location was perfect. An easy walk to all that Brisbane city has to offer - restaurants, transport etc. Staff very professional and good customer service. Would stay again.

A table and 2 chairs on our balcony would have been good to enjoy the outdoor area.

Great customer service! Friendly & professional. Good view of the city. Location was perfect as it’s in between Fortitude Valley & the city. Elevators were fast.

The room smelt a bit musty. There were obvious stains on the carpet. No toilet brush in the bathroom, exhaust fan was not working. The room I stayed in had 2 doors, the first door led to a small area/hallway with a washing machine and two doors one for my room & another for the room next door (which was also occupied)…I think this was to share the washing machine. However it’s not ideal to share a small enclosed entryway with strangers during covid times. Car park area was VERY tight, there were only about 5 car parks in the whole 4 levels of car park that visitors could actually use (the others were private car parks).
