The size and location were excellent. It had air conditioners in the main room. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with individual air-con so you could have the temperature you were wanting. The bathrooms were clean but maybe a bit dated and suffering from the curses of beach-side living. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Access was great, especially the underground carpooling and lift directly to our floor. Made access to the apartment a breeze when stairs can be an issue.

Probably the only thing lacking was access to the internet directly in the apartment. It makes it difficult to then look things up or find directions when you are a visitor to Cairns. Perhaps it could be a consideration for the future.

Greg, who manages the apartments, was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was large, had 2BR's, one with 2 x single beds, and the other with a double bed. Everything was facilitated in the kitchen. It was clean and tidy. Its interior has older fittings, so if you're looking for a modern interior, you'll have to go elsewhere and pay 3 times the amount, but for what you pay, it's a good family stay.

Under a flight path, but planes stop at around approx 2300.

The apartment had great facilities like dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine, dryer, air-con in all bedrooms and living areas. The rooms were very quiet even though there is a backpacker establishment next door. It suited our needs very well.

It would have been a lovely addition to have wi-fi accessible in the apartment. We used the electronic code for a side entrance gate which was very useful for us - we got the code from another resident and perhaps this could have been provided by the site manager. The apartment was ideal for us - 6 adults from one family. With 6 adults, it would have been more convenient a few times to have had a second set of keys. We worked it out.

There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The location was quiet and close to the northern end of the Esplanade. The pool was lovely and well maintained. The manager Greg was very friendly and helpful.

There were no luggage racks to put our suitcases and no drawers for our clothes, only hanging space which is fine for a couple of days but we were there for ten days. The curtains in the main bedroom and lounge didn’t have cords to open them. There was a plastic outdoor table and metal chairs as a dining suite. The beds were okay but probably due for an upgrade along with the pillows.

Getting in and out of the apartment was very easy. Very close to the airport and the city center. Overall apartment was very spacious for five guests. View was very nice.

The bathrooms could've been better. The shower doors didn't properly close and the shower head wasn't ideal. The utilities such as the dryer did not work. Spare towels would be greatly appreciated next time

I loved that the location of the place was perfect. Because I have kids who are very active, the playground was just a walking distance. My kids loved that place because it had two pools. they had so much so was I and my partner. I loved everything about the place. It was perfect for my family and I.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the place. I would definitely go back there for a holiday whenever I make plane to go cairns again with my family

Perfect location. Very safe,secure and quiet. Greg the manager was very welcoming and friendly. Close to restaurants,having a private courtyard when you have young kids was a plus. Very well stocked pantry. Had the basics like cooking oil, salt,sugar etc. Loved the 2 bathrooms!! Has privacy..Kids had own room and own bathroom. Large living area with a comfortable leather lounge suite. Also loved having washing machine and dryer.

Personal choice but the bed was hard. Photo on website did not represent the actual apartment we got but was very spacious. It was not well cleaned ..nothing major,just dusty surfaces in bathroom and bedrooms. Other than that everything was clean.

Apartment and foyers, etc exceptionally clean - even my husband commented on it. Large well equipped apartment with laundry, kitchen and full sized fridge. Would be ideal if staying for a week or more, but suited us as we had another family member staying with us, so plenty of room and 2 bathrooms.

Signage to find exits to street - was a little confusing as except for the 'escape signs' (Fire stairs) there was no signage or directions to get to the street frontage. I thought this could be a bit of a hazard if there should be a fire. Also one lift was not working the whole time we were there. We appreciated the full-sized bathroom accessories - hand wash however was empty in our bathroom, and there was no conditioner - these may have been overlooked, however we shared with our other guest.

Great location, facilities & secure off-street parking. Accommodated our family of 4's needs for our 11-day stay in Cairns. Was a great base from which to explore all of what Cairns had to offer.

Delightfully roomy for our needs during the week we were there. 2 support workers with clients stayed for a week to enjoy the attractions in Cairns. The unit catered to our needs wonderfully, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen had everything you needed, the full laundry was a great bonus as we washed everyday. It was great for the clients as they had room to move and relax when needed after big days and was private (bonus). Would definitely stay here again. Short drive to everything, across the road for good walks, so location was fine.
