The apartment was fab for a family of 5! The layout was great and the views were spectacular! The facilities were amazing and the outdoor pool was warm enough for sept weather! Plenty of seating around pool and quiet! The location was gorgeous! Shops, chemist and cafe’s across the road! Would recommend this to any families looking for a relaxing getaway outside of peak!

Bed comfort was passable and apartment was a bit dated and no aircon in bedroom ( i imagine it would be very hot in summer) but there were ceiling fans! Could hear odd noise like wind whistling through doors but even so the good definitely outweighs the negatives!

I liked everything from when I arrived. I normally don’t stay at resorts but so glad I made the one off exception to my rule. It made me fall even more in love with Caloundra. The room facility was top notch with all the basic essentials. When I needed more milk and soap the staff were only too happy to assist. They have trolleys for luggage a big bonus and you get more than one room key. I was able to use the spa in July. You have ocean views but a bit of a buffer from the ocean so not the intense sea breezes making being on the balcony so calm. The two reception staff I met were so nice. Stayed two nights July 12-14.

Loved the pool, it was so well maintained and the lush gardens around it are so well kept. The 2 bed apartment was spacious and very comfortable.

Nothing, we had a great time. We did unluckily have a power outage for approx 18 hours ish. But they had a backup generator so the lifts worked and some corridor lighting. The staff let us know what happened and we saw Energex working through the night fixing the issue. We cooked our dinner on the BBQs at the beach and our boys thought it was all a big adventure, so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

The view and location of the hotel was great!!! It was very clean which was nice - some towels missing - hand towels and bath mats. Reception were lovely.

The fit out is still the same as it was nearly 20 years ago. The kitchen needs a full refurbishment, appliances are old and given price of accommodation it is not too expensive to upgrade. There should be a sofa bed (queen size) in the lounge room as the couch is too uncomfortable to sleep on.

Courtesy trolley to assist us with getting our luggage to the room was handy. The 3rd level garden room 29 had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great views. Seb and the boys did a great job of keeping the pool and gardens clean and tidy. Rea and Kirsty in reception were very helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. 🤠⚘️

The bed was a bit to firm for us. But we soon got used to it.

My daughter and I loved the whole experience from booking the unit to our long 5 night stay. We had the ninth floor with amazing views. The unit was spacious, modern and very clean. The amenities at the resort ie pool, games room and restaurant were lovely. Being right on the beach was an added bonus. Walking distance to local shops so no driving was needed.

This overall stay was Good. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and stayed here with family (including an infant). We enjoyed the heated jacuzzi by the pool but the actual swimming pool itself was not temperature controlled and it was quite cold for us. We did not really interact with any staff at all to be honest as our key was placed in the locker for after hours check in (which was quite seamless). The apartment was really beautiful with fully functioning equipment everywhere.

We had requested for a cot for the infant which was not arranged and since we checked in after hours, we were told to check with someone in the morning. So we had to make some space on the floor for our 2 year old to sleep. (but to be honest that worked really well at the end of the day). It is not a hotel with a full fledged reception or staff walking around, so we did not spot anyone at the reception when we walked around it a couple of times. Since we stayed here for only 2 nights, we did not bother trying hard for a baby cot for the second night.

Beautiful views from the 10th floor. Lovely clean large swimming pool with shallow play area for young kids and deep end for adults. Room was huge and practical.

Very strong smell in foyer and basement due to onsite restaurant. Didn't receive face cloths which I have always received in other apartments. Important for guests to know that their linen is not changed during ther stay due to in-room washing machine.

We stayed on the 8th floor in apartment 68. View out to the ocean was fantastic, the balconies are plenty big enough. Everything you needed in the apartment for cooking, it was like a home away from home but with the best view. Our apartment had three bedrooms and two bathrooms that were recently renovated. Lovely and clean. Had a great time away, we are booked to stay here again soon. The pool was amazing, so warm and perfect for our toddler.

We had a random noise coming from what we thought was drilling, turned out to be the window in the main toilet. It wasn't closed properly, Once we closed the window tight it was fine. Didn't detract from our stay at all, might help future travelers if they hear and see this post :)

The hotel was walking distance to shops, beach and park if you have kids. The water slide in the pool was a hit with small and big kids. One bedroom Apartment was very roomy and had a big balcony could see the pool and ocean. Indian restaurant on site if you like that food. Didn’t get to try it although it was always busy. Only opened at night times.
