The cleanliness of the room was excellent as was the friendliness of the staff in all areas. The pool and grounds are pristine. The service and food at the restaurant was the best of all the different restaurants I tried in town.

Met the owner Emma when we arrived, lovely lady who was very welcoming. We had a great chat before heading off to our room. The location and grounds were really nice. We drove around area but being a Sunday not much was open but we plan to go back next year and stay for a few more nights. Next time we stay we will definitely be having a meal in there newly renovated dining area.

The staff are always friendly. The food is delicious. Rooms are comfortable and spaceous. I stay here almost every time I travel to Charleville for work, and will probably be visiting them again next month.

There isn't much I didn't like. If I had any gripes, it would be that I stayed there 3 times over 1.5 years and all 3 times the kitchen was closed. I know, it's a small issue. Not really an issue at all.

Modern style rooms, well presented and room very clean. Beds very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. All electricals supplied to make a comfortable stay.

All the power points on one side of the room, no power points near the bed. Had an extension cord with us to solve the issue. Entry to the shower a problem if you don’t want your hair wet.

Very good quality building and amenity, with excellent restaurant and staff. Clearly well managed and high quality in every way (bit of a surprise given what I have experienced elsewhere in the outback). Good that they provide plenty of bottled water (don't drink the tap water) and lots of milk. Very obliging for any requests.

Noisy guests who come home late and talk outside your room for an hour, loudly. Not the fault of the facility but maybe advertising a quiet time after 9pm would help. Slightly distant from the centre of town but it was not a problem for me on this trip.

No breakfast as the owners have only been there for about 6 weeks and have not been able to secure a cook. But they were happy to provide us with bowls and spoons

The smell of the water was the only down side and I guess that the location and what the bore water is like in that area

This is a lovely location on the edge of town. The staff was very happy and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable for my whole family.

The hot water ran out on a busy night which in winter is a bit rough, but the next night it wasn't a problem.

Clean facilities, friendly staff and good location

Two groups of people next door had a gathering with drinks late at night near the front door. On the day of our visit only 4 rooms out of 25 were occupied, but we were all put next door to each other. As a result, it was noisy. If the staff left at least one empty room between the guests it would have been much quieter. Avoid these tables with chairs at the front if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay.

Was nice and clean, staff were lovely, had netflix option on the tv.

Everything was great, the only thing i would have liked would be a heavier lock on the door. Being a female travelling alone, It would be nice to feel a little more secure

Quiet location, very comfortable room, loved the spa bath, facilities well maintained. Close to the Cosmos Centre, airport and WW11 Museum.

There was a microwave and toaster but no plates or knives and forks to eat with. Only coffee cups and teaspoons were provided. Some distance to get to the supermarket, train station and town centre.
