There was a lot to like about this property. The room was spacious and clean. We were traveling and had food in a cooler box so were thankful for the full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette. The shower and bathroom were spacious. Everything was modern and clean. The 2 seater lounge was very comfortable and a table and chairs to sit at were appreciated. The location was just off the highway so no traffic noise. The room itself seemed well insolated so didn't hear noise of other guests.

We chose this property over another cheaper one because it was advertised as a lower ground room. Our booking confirmation states "Entire unit located on ground floor". This was not the case and we had to carry everything up a flight of stairs to get to this unit. The bed was plush however it dipped in the middle making it uncomfortable for two people to use

Big room. Liked that during the night the light out the front ensured that the bathroom was bright enough to not require turning on light and this window was frosted. It also meant the bedroom was nice and dark as bathroom shielded bed from front of room. Great layout. Bathroom large and modern. Also, has a kitchenette. Comfortable bed and extra blankets etc. Nice quiet air con. Little outside area accessed by sliding window from main room. Unit nice and bright. Plenty of space for suitcases etc.

Our 2nd time staying here & still one of the most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in. Beds are most always uncomfortable but not here. Very comfortable. Everything was so clean. The unit is very well equipped for self catering. They even had the aircon on so we walked into a cool room on a rather hot day.

Nothing earth shattering but with such a beautiful clean large bathroom it would have been nice to have a shelf or shower caddy inside the shower as it’s difficult for those of us that can’t bend really well to put shampoo & soap etc on the floor of the shower. Wont stop us booking again though.

Very central and nice neat and tidy. Beds very comfortable and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable.

We got back at 9pm from tea and there wasn't a park.had to park on the street, witch was not ideal. And your two disable parks had been taken by other people nor been able to park infront of their units. No good to park on the street, not knowing the area at all and right across from a intersection. All good apart from that.

2nd time here, clean, well maintained, kitchenette is great, plenty of room.

No complimentary bottled water, I get this in every other motel I stay in, surprised not here, not even cold tap water in a jug in the fridge. This is a big negative for me. I know a lot of people like soft beds, but personally not for me, especially when so soft I struggled to get off the bed and felt like I was being swallowed up by the bed.

Great place! Exceeded my expectations. Room and facilities were as described. The kitchenette provided items were above as expected. It appeared there will be a 2 plate stove, but in addition there was an electric fry pan. The rooms were very clean. It was nice walking into an already air-conditioned room. An extra bonus that I won't be taking for granted.

The mattress wasn't my bag of tea. But others might like it.

The room was clean and comfortable and the lady who checked us in was helpful and friendly. There’s covered parking and your still close enough to the town centre.

The room needs a little maintenance with small things like a missing shelf/soap holder in the shower and a couple of door stops. The bed was far too soft and I left with a sore back.

We loved that there was a fully equipped kitchenette with adequate cutlery and plates available. The space was good, we requested a cot and it was provided and fitted well. Very clean, tidy and comfortable for our two nights!

The only thing we found that could be better (being picky!) was the hot water…it just took a bit to get warm but once warm it was fine.

It was our first time visiting Emerald, we stayed with Abode37. And we loved it that much we extended our stay. The owner was excellent very friendly and extremely accommodating. The girl serviced our room and left us extra towels. It was quite and cosy, we had so much space . The bed & pillows were super comfortable... Highly recommended stayed with Abode37 Motel Emerald. Thank you for a trip we won't forget.

I have disability due to two hip replacements. I booked through Booking.com and found I was in a room upstairs - steepish stairs. The staff were very accommodating and found a room on the ground floor - a disabled room.

Bed was quite small and uncomfortable. Only staying one night due to family emergency and not being able to see what Emerald had to offer.
