A clean, modern motel with a comfy firm bed, on site laundry and helpful management. Tourist Info site is across the road, and shops & restaurants not far away

Lighting, either you open the blind for anyone walking past to look at you, or turn on the room light and be dazzled by the brightness. It needs some subtle lighting, and/or a kitchenette light would be good.

The main entrance was easily accessible from the main road with plenty of parking spaces. Location is only a 2 minute drive from the city centre - very convenient to shops and fuel stations. Very friendly and helpful service. We went during the time it got flooded, so it was quite scary during our stay, but got plenty of advice and help from the wonderful staff. There were a generous amount of amenities in the room that made it quite pleasant, as well as the furniture that created a cosy and heartfelt stay. Not to mention the beautiful bathroom that topped it off.

We had stayed here a few times prior - great position

Stayed on the time of the late Queens public holiday and we had never experienced smokers outside the rooms before. Although they were doing as requested and smoking outside the rooms some still drifts under doors. Perhaps an area further away from the units should be a designated smoking area

We stayed in a Queen Room which was very clean and very comfortable. It had a little kitchenette with sink and the room looked very modern. The motel was situated across the road from the Information Centre which was very handy and only a very short drive into the centre of town. The lady in reception was very helpful and friendly.

Best room experienced on our road trip! Very clean, very well kept and comfortable. Lots of nice extras like a suede reclining swivel chair, coffee machine, hot chocolate sachet etc

All pillows were the same and too high for us. Perhaps include two flatter pillows?

Spacious, clean and comfortable room in a quiet location. Good facilities in the room.

All good. Maybe if I was being really picky a mirror out in main room would be handy for getting ready when partner is in the bathroom.

So fresh and clean. Great layout. Great kitchen resources available. Awesome lounge chair to relax the travel weary body. Great memory foam pillows ( from memory!). Bucket to wash car windscreen.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. It had a kitchenette. The rooms were spacious, bed was great. Good decor. The rooms had tinted windows which helped to keep them cool

No pool! Would have loved a swim after a hot day travelling. Also there was no undercover parking, so the car was hot.

everything perfect; only “suggestion” (and it’s minor) would be to rehang fridge door so opens towards room not towards wall.

Beautiful, clean & tidy, well maintained and very welcoming. A beautiful place to stay - will be recommending to anybody travelling to/through Emerald. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
