Very friendly and lovely staff and the outstanding service provided by them. From check-in time to check-out time and all the time in between, their undivided guest attention and excellent customer service go above and beyond. Excellent location. Only 20 mins walk, 2 mins by car or public transport to/from Gold Coast Airport. Public transport is literally outside the resort. Bus (700 - Coolangatta/Tweed Heads & 770 - Surfers Paradise). You literally step straight onto the beach from your doorstep. Very spotlessly clean and spacious bedroom & bathroom and tidy kitchenette and cooktop. Big screen TV (50 inches) to watch your favourite TV channels or movies. You can enjoy meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and/or quench your thirst at their beautiful boutique restaurant & bar. You can also ask for room service by their friendly and wonderful staff. To rid the aches and pains from your body, their magnesium swimming pool has all the answers. Even better, you can just leisurely catch tan whilst sipping cocktails around the pool before you exit the resort to board the plane to your next destination. Resort WiFi not working due to Network down.

This adorable hotel will steal a little piece of your heart. The staff are amazing, the room is like a little sanctuary and the sun loungers and hammocks overlooking the ocean are bliss. The spicy marg at happy hour was perfection.

The location is fab in terms of direct access to the beach but it does get loud with the airport so close. As long as you're happy to go to sleep after 9:30pm and wake up before 6am they won't disturb your sleep. There isn't much in close proximity in terms of food/bars but they do offer some food and happy hour drinks so just come prepared to drive somewhere/get a delivery.

Super cute, retro motel, nicely re-done. Right on a quiet stretch of beach. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. 5 min drive to kirra (or 30min walk along beach), 10 min to Coolangatta. Generally just chill friendly vibes.

Yes it's near the airport, so there are planes going over quite close. But, it's not that many and they don't fly really late or early. Yes, there aren't much cafes/restaurants within easy walking distance, but there is a bar and you can get pizzas at the hotel, kirra is 5mi drive away. The small rooms without balcony/lounger probably aren't worth the $$.

The location couldn't be better, mere steps from a stunning beach and nice flat walking or cycling track that goes for KMs along the waterfront. Barry was excellent in terms of advice and response time in the lead up to our visit, which helped greatly with booking restaurants and figuring out our itinerary for our weekend stay. Reception staff were cheerful and friendly. We were able to borrow bikes and explore the area on our day of check out, which was fantastic. Super comfy bed! Lovely vibes!

The accommodation was smaller than expected and felt a little cramped, especially the bathroom. I don't think this would be too much of an issue if the price point didn't indicate something a bit more spacious. We were hoping to enjoy a pre-dinner drink on Sat evening around 6.30pm, but unfortunately the bar was shut. Appreciate this may have been due to Barry being off ill (get well soon Barry!), but it was a bit disappointing, again given price point would have expected bar would be open as advertised.

Loved the different spaces you could relax in. The lounge in front of my room, the pool and the hammocks/loungers at the back overlooking the beach. Didn’t really hear other guests too much even though it was full.

The fridge was so small that I couldn’t fit any leftovers in. This meant I couldn’t try out the cheese platter or pizza. The glassware in my room wasn’t cleaned/replaced when the room was serviced. It also didn’t feel like it was vacuumed after the service.

Our stay at the boutique hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their warmth and hospitality were unparalleled, and it felt like they couldn't possibly do more to make our stay memorable. The room itself was stunning, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every aspect of the design. From the luxurious furnishings to the thoughtful amenities like beach towels and sun loungers outside the room, every little detail had been carefully considered. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable getaway.

staff were fantastic friendly and helpful. able to get an early check in. bike hire was great and proximity to beach was fabulous. rooms are decorated beautifully

no mats in room so floors got dirty quickly. building works on property were noisy so not very relaxing and kept me from wanting to use pool as drills were going off 1m away. walls are paper thin and you can literally hear engines of planes taking off at airport. no close shops by. tv reception is terrible so unwatchable

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Great service. The location is fantastic, just metres from the beach.

The walls are definitely not soundproof, perhaps that is more due to its original design as a motel. We stayed for two nights. We thought that sheets and towels could have been changed during our stay. Car parks. At the very least, they should be reserved for paying guests. As it stands, anybody off the street can park there, as it isn’t regulated.

It is absolutely beautiful! So well maintained. Out of a movie! Staff were very accommodating. My daughter is Coeliac and they had options for her. We had breakfast and dinner there and she didn’t get glutened. Can’t recommend more! We will definitely be back. I took a towel from the lounges near the pool in the evening as I went for a quick dip with my legs. The towel was replaced by the next morning. Eye for detail!

There is some noise from the airport but I could definitely live with that in such an amazing setting.

Everything! Our room was small but sweet and had all the right touches. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided were divine. The shower head was INCREDIBLE. The room design was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Even the coffee cups were so pretty! I loved being able to text for room service and it was so quick and simple and our cheese platter was so delish!! All in all an amazing experience and the perfect spot for our little kid-free babymoon getaway before we have our new baby soon :-)

Nothing! It was perfect! Oh, maybe just needed a rubbish bin ;-) But otherwise, it was perfect!
