Very central location , close to the beach and very accessible. The hotel is quiet and we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Everything we need was provided. All the facilities were in good conditions. It is a home away from home We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer and definitely will book again in future. The Hervey bay is the gateway to K'gari(Fraser) Island.-UNESCO world heritage area. The hotel management accommodated our special request and we remain grateful.

Some guest smoked in their balcony and the fume got into our accommodation. It was only once and not the fault of hotel management as there are clear notice of no-smoking policy.

Fabulous views from the balcony. Loved the lap pool and spa. Grounds very neat and tidy. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.

A big clock in the pool area would have been very helpful as 30minutes is the maximum time suggested to stay in the heated spa. I also thought some extra handrails would have been good as entry and exit from both pool and spa was difficult for me and some other elderly guests.

We were on the 5th floor of these fabulous apartments. I believe our apartment may have had 4/5 bedrooms as there were quite a few locked rooms. However, despite the locked rooms, our apartment was enormous, with lots of seating which was quite comfortable. There was the main lounge with a huge television as well as an area, the other side of the dining table, with more seating and another TV. There were some lovely lamps in the lounge. Our bedroom also had a TV, a dressing room with a full length mirror and a very large shower room with double sinks and toilet. The ceiling was very high in the bedroom and lounge with large windows. There were full length blackout curtains in the lounge and our bedroom which I was pleased about as it's daylight very early. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a very large balcony that looked across the swimming pool towards the sea and esplanade (although the trees on the esplanade are quite high so not a full sea view). There was plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery for at least 8 people but not much in the way of casserole dishes. Located within walking distance of a few shops, cafes and restaurants either side of the apartments. Great to have underground, secure parking. There was a tennis court and the grounds were well kept.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but the balcony lends itself to a couple of loungers - somewhere to lounge and read a book/enjoy the view

Would have been great if the floors were cleaner-the tiles didn’t seem clean at all and none of the oven trays were clean either. Also there was water blasting most of a day I was there which was very loud. It would have been great to have known about this in advance of arriving as it was too loud to enjoy being out by the pool most of the day. Otherwise great apartment, location and amazing pool

Everything. Pool, location, cloud-like beds, ducted air con providing a calm retreat, so spacious, quiet enough as the building wasn't too big, but there was often (not always) a couple of new kids for the kids to play with. Communal sauna and spa were great, so was the BBQ area, and our own little hot tub hit the spot too. Great size verandah. Everything we wanted, nice setting, nicely appointed unit, and was a very fair price.

Perfect location across the road from the beach, with a really nice outdoor pool area (also suitable for lap swimming) and a tennis court. The staff were super helpful and friendly (thanks again to Anne for all her help during our stay). The apartment was very spacious, comfortably furnished, and the kitchen clean and very well equipped (the best of the multiple places we stayed at during our holiday). Nice large covered balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Only a minor grumble - the water pressure in the shower was really feeble, even using the smaller shower head

Awesome location and huge clean rooms. The pool and gardens were very peaceful. We loved the huge balcony and outdoor furniture too.

Only complaint was no pool towels just normal towels. And the evening “cruisers” sometimes would get loud if you go to bed early like us, but they would be any apartment along the main road.

We loved the location, right opposite the beach, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and beautifully styled. We were in Hervey Bay for two incredibly wet days, so we appreciated the heated outdoor pool and spa (rain didn't stop a swim or two!) - and the laundry facilities! Listening to the bird song at dusk from the balcony was amazing!

The rain 😉 but nothing to be done about that!!! We looked yearningly at the lake-like tennis courts....

Pros: - Large open plan 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, laundry facilities and fully equipped kitchen - 2 balconies - Large one looking towards water with dining outside - Large pool, spa and kids play pool attached (excellent for kids under 3) - Service from the staff was second to none (10/10 there) - Underground parking - Beds and Linen in the 2 bedrooms were in excellent condition and very comfortable and clean (good pillows as well) - Good A/C

Cons: - Appliances are starting to get old (dishwasher is basically useless) - Some plates were found dirty in the cupboards when we arrived (likely due to the above point) - Fridge wasn't working when we arrived (resolved very quickly by the staff though - we had a new fridge within 5 hours of raising this with reception) - Main TV is getting old and remote falling apart - TV itself works fine though.

Neat, tidy & very inviting. Few minor cleanliness issues but the great out weighed the bad 10 to 1. Over all not quite perfect but I did look a little to hard to find fault. 99.9999% out of a 100%... It truly was beautiful.

99.9999% maybe a 100% I guess but this close 🤏 to perfect. I beg to differ you could get any better. Thanks heaps it was a beautiful stay.
