Loved everything about this property ! It was walking distance to the main drag in Montville but the road didn’t have any foot path access to do so safely ! Council could definitely help with that I would think ! This place was just like being at home. If you wanted to cook a full meal everything was there (oven, stove top, massive fridge freezer, all cook ware and accessories. If you have little ones I would recommend bringing some child proof locks for the drawers ! Or just putting everything sharp/breakable in one draw and securing that one ! Excellent lounge room set up and comfy lounge ! TV has a HDMI input for your Chromecast if you want to bring it for night time movies/wiggles 😅 Plus a dvd player with a box of dvds but bring your own selection too! Wifi great too! Beds soooo comfortable with heaps of cupboard space, so clean, great quality pedestal fans in rooms and it was quite hot when we stayed !

Only thing was the oven/grill was very dirty !

The views are beautiful from the top floor apartments and there are a plethora of birds singing in the trees nearby. The staff interaction was minimal and we really enjoy that. The bedding was comfortable and unlike our usual holiday sleeps we slept very well. We loved the undercover car parking and the close proximity to the main street of Montville. It's a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

The lights out front that flank the front gate are quite bright and they do come through the curtains a little bit. Either turning the power down on those lights or putting in better block out curtains would make it a bit easier to fall asleep. This probably doesn't bother city people as much as us, because we are used to sleeping on a farm where it is pitch black at night.

Loved the Outlook and quiet, serenity of the area. Multiple sleeping areas layed out within room, didn't feel squashed. Room was big enough for 7 people (4A,3K). Lovely simple room facilities but everything you need, felt homely. Plenty of kitchen/Utensils space for cooking.

The fire alarm that went off the first night a few times. We had small children and the mezzanine floor was of course attractive to them, the safety element of the mezzanine a concern in our case, but easily deterrable. Only because we had small children the fireplace was a concern if we were to use it. As we had all ages stay in the room the slight steps within the room were a safety/trip hazard.

The location was brilliant with a great view. It was value for money if you overlooked a few things. Unit was spacious

The two bedroom unit was not very clean and there was no microwaveable containers so I bought some. On the pool deck there was a dangerous hole with rotted wood in the deck not o h and s standard at all and ended up not swimming even though it was hot weather which was a shame. There was a damp smell in the unit and the cupboards need a good air and vinegar clean.

We had a family wedding up the road in Flaxton, so this location was perfect for several groups of our extended family to stay and socialize in the days before and after the wedding. We made use of the outdoor seating and bbq area.

We were fortunate to be in the single storey end of the complex. Others at the 2 storey end commented on noise from upstairs - but being family members, were able to tell the family above how the noise affected them.

The apartment was a good size and had all of the necessities. The pool was clean. Fantastic views. Great location. Highly recommend it. Value for money

Nothing! It's about a 12 minute walk to the main street which is great in the day time but not at night as there is no pavement and no lights. We went for dinner at the Bar and Grill and they have a free courtesy bus which is great. Do not use Maleny taxis, they charged us $52 for a 5km trip.

Loved the unit, the view, the comfort of the rooms. And also loved the privacy in Room 5. We could sit outside and enjoy the view and quiet in privacy. Also really loved the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable and warm and the communication from the office and lead up to the booking was excellent. A very smooth and easy process. The price is very good - we cannot afford many places in the hinterland, so we are delighted to be able to stay here.

The lighting in the unit was quite bad. Very dim main lighting that zaps the light somehow. I personally love low lighting, but more with lamps. So, a few more lamps around the room would be really nice. Also, the oven didn't work in our kitchen which we were hoping to use. The screens in the bedroom were quite dusty, and the sliding door doesn't lock (it initially looks like it has locked, but just moving it a little, unlocks it again).

A country mountain stay with lovely views out to the Valley with Bqq and outdoor seating available to enjoy it and take in nature. It has some lovely tall pines in the front and you could certainly unwind and relax in the beautiful mountain air. Close to Montville main strip without being too far. The garden cabin was comfortable, shower was nice and warm and it had mini kitchenette facilities. Free internet and a bundle of DVD's to indulge in.

There are some minor cosmetic updates that are needed, for example the front door blind was broken but, it is an older establishment and wear and tear is to be expected, it did not take away the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Parking was close to the apartment. Two lights were not working, but fixed promptly. There were plenty of DVD's but we had no time to watch any. Beds were comfortable and if needed there were extra pillows and blankets. Shower/bathroom was clean, but as a tip, provide a squeegee so you can wipe the shower dry. It was basic but for two night it's OK.

The entrance was the only opening to get light inside. No other windows for fresh air. We were unable to lock the screen door. The fridge was a bit noisy sometimes (normal for a fridge) but the bed was in the same room. Luckily it didn't wake us up. Also the walls are a bit thin, so the party next door could be heard. Not a lot of storage for toiletries in the bathroom.

Chairs were provided outside the unit on the first floor so that we could sit and admire the beautiful view. The location was handy to get to Maleny, Mapleton and Kennilworth and the scenery along the route was fabulous. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.

The kitchen equipment - cooking equipment was a little limited and some a little worn.
