We arrived and had an excellent lunch at the Cellar Door. We checked in to our Sanctuary cabin, the went on the 3pm Wine tour. Very enjoyable. We then wandered around the grounds near our cabin before going back to the Tuscan Restaurant for a wonderful dinner. We went back to our cabin for the night. In the morning we went up to the Cellar door for a lovely breakfast, wandered around a bit more then checked out and left. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary! We will definitely be back with friends. Thanks so much for making our special occasion extra special!

Leaving!

Enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, fresh, tasty and well presented. Enjoyed the views also whilst we enjoyed canapes and drinks on the terrace on the evening prior as wedding guests. Great kitchenette, with coffee pod machine, and well stocked minibar. Bedding was also comfortable. The staff at all the venues were polite and accommodating. Cleanliness was a 10/10.

Only complaint was poor lighting to access pathway and stairs to our accommodation late at night. Problem solved just used my iPhone torch , not forgetting we were nestled in amongst the beautiful gardens surrounded by gums and wallabies a great accommodation alternative nestled amongst nature.

Accommodation was in among the trees. In the evening, wallabies grazed within a few metres of us. In the morning, we woke to the sounds of lorikeets, kookaburras, magpies all welcoming the day. As I walked, I could see around 30 or 40 wallabies grazing and enjoying the morning.

We had lunch in the Tuscan Terrace restaurant. The food was excellent and staff very good. However, it was a very hot day and there was no cooling whatsoever. Sitting under the fig trees was enjoyable but a little hot.

I really love the location; it was very peaceful and in touch with nature. Also, I really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning having breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

There wasn't much I didn't like; one possible suggestion would be to create some walking tracks for the residents. I did go for a walk early in the morning along the roads in the paddock but didn't really know where I was going. Maybe if there were some signs to show where the track goes and how far would help. But overall, I really loved it.

What did I like well how about Everything, the staff were awesome, the food was soooooo good, and the wine well what can I say award winning says it all !!! So cool I spent most of my time on the veranda steering memorised on the families of freindly Wallabies on the lawn six feet away from me with baby's hanging out of pouchs and with kookaburras singing in the trees along with a newly made friend Rodger the possum that stopped by to say hello, and how could I forget that wounderful country sound of life all around with a gental breeze and fragrant fresh smell of the surrounding bushland. Wunderbar - all round five star.

Not thinking of inviting more friends - next time for sure.

Breakfast was great. Picnic hamper was great. Accomodation was great. Caller bar was beautiful. Loved the setting.

I phoned numerous times in the week prior to my stay. This was to ask questions ref the picnic hamper and what I needed to bring. I left around 8 messages (on a number of answer phones; restaurant, general, tourism etc) and no one called me back. This was until I started leaving messages saying I would write a bad review if I didn’t get a call back. Nothing horrendus, but it Just left a bad taste in my mouth, as the rest of the visit was great. I spent probably 1.5 to 2 hours in total trying to sort this out, when I had an already hectic week at work prior to my visit. It wasn’t conducive to the start of the stay being relaxing.

I liked the lovely Jenny at the front desk, I liked the restaurant, I liked the incredible views, I liked the winery that

Heard every single thing my loud neighbours did or said or farted… crazy loud! On a Monday! But security were very good at telling them to quiet down after 11 pm

Location, well organized facilities, great environment around.

It was not easy to find reception. Reception was not answering phone calls after 6 pm and it was closed on check-out date even at 8 am. It was no WiFi at all, it was described that property has great WiFi but by fact it was no WiFi at all, i was informed only after I paid for a room via Booking.com.

The staff polite and extremely helpful. Went over and above to assist and help us. The accom was wonderful. Beautiful facilities. Your in-house products were beautiful. Having families of kangaroos was wonderful I know the magpies drove the staff crazy but people loved seeing these guys come in to eat All the meals were to die for. The pairing of the wines with the meals just the best unfortunately the heat did take its tole on us by the end of the valentines meal. At times there was some natural airflow and I’m glad we didn’t have aircon but not really sure what else you could do as I said you guys are not responsible for the extreme heat.

Sirromet couldn’t help this but the extremes in heat made our dining experience really uncomfortable. By 0800 our tent had started to heat up and even with air con the room throughout the day was hot more trees to shade them would be amazing. I love trees just a bit of a shame they blocked most of our lagoon view. Would be great to see a walk around the lagoon and more walking tracks throughout the property.
