Meals were very good and of a great quality, cooked well. Wings and steak were fantastic. Lady's on reception/bar area were brilliant, super helpful, super friendly. Bed was very comfortable

Mold in the bathroom everywhere by and around the windows - need an air vent/extraction system in there badly. Pretty half assed clean done. No desk and no chair in the room - this could be easily fixed though for very little cost to the hotel. It's kind of a must for most travelers as a lot of work gets done on computers these days.

Staff were very helpful, and seeing a smiling face after a long day's travel is priceless; so to was the complimentary beverage... Room was comfortable and very clean...and we had a great nights rest...

What I didn't like is difficult for the staff to control, and nothing to do with the premises; but the inconsiderate Tradies hacking up a lung in the carpark, echoing at 4:30am was a tad unnecessary...

It was clean and tidy and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful around our constantly changing circumstances. Having the pub and restaurant on site was awesome. We had a couple of good nights with friendly locals in the pub and some lovely meals at the restaurant.

The exterior is a bit tired, but the rooms have all been given a facelift and are comfortable, and the staff really do go out of their way to help with anything.

Room service

I didn’t like being upstairs and having to walk through lots of men smoking on stairwells I’d prefer floor room, The person who booked me in was unprofessional using profanity @ 1pm in front of children the person who served me room service was helpful friendly and professional

Was a really good stay. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and it all looked just done up.

The outside appearance. At first I thought it was going to be ruff because the outside looks ruff but don’t judge a book by its cover

The room Wasn’t cleaned when we arrived however the cleaners had nearly every room to clean and the tv remote the first night nor the second night until the manger came over with the remote that worked the tv

Can be quite noisy outside. Very easy to hear cars and diesel SUVs. But if you shut the bathroom door, it sort of helps with that 👍🏼

A little bit noisy outside that I expected staying near a pub. The room drowned out any outside noise. Not very appealing outside but the rooms are great. Comfortable and convenient.

would have been nice to be able to get breakfast at tavern, as there was no microwave or toasters

Comfy bed, very clean, loved that aircon was on so didn’t step into a hot box, room service was great, on-site restaurant was good. Liked that it’s a bit out of town as a female travelling alone, I felt really safe.
