Perfect location to access Hastings Street, the beaches and National Park. Very comfortable room with excellent double glazing to keep the noise out. Aircon in every room. Very good kitchen and laundry facilities. Smart TV in bedroom. Unlimited internet. Very helpful staff available for linen or kitchen top ups. Beach tents to hire and a box of "left behind" beach things to borrow too.

We were on the ground floor and did get some internal noise from the cafe below in the early morning. The pool was generally full of children. The recreation court could have been set up more invitingly - the website made more of it being a pickle ball court. No speaker to connect to for playing our music.

The reception staff were courteous and helpful and gave clear instructions how we could obtain keys etc due to a late arrival. The apartment was well presented clean, tidy and equiped with all the necessary crockery cooking utensils, soaps towels etc that we expected. Other facilities such as the well equipped gym, BBQ area and pool were clean and well maintained. The house staff were also helpful and courteous. The location is ideal to the beach, restaurants public transport etc. We will return to the venue without hesitation and commend it to friends.

Perhaps the provision of a full length mirror in the bedroom inside the wardrobe door or similar and a large mat in the floor of the living room would have added a little more to well furnished and comfortable apartment.

Location and apartment are fantastic, it’s amazing being that close to Hastings street and Noosa main beach, having a fully functioning apartment was also very helpful for family life. The beach toys you could borrow from the front was also very helpful.

The pool is great for young children, it’s not really deep enough for a proper adult swim, but that really didn’t bother us in the season of life we’re in, and the beach is just over the road so you don’t really need it, but if you’re someone looking for an amazing pool on your holiday - this is not it.

Spacious, GREAT layout of apartment (master bedroom nearest the entry door, kids room other side). I love that we had a garden so the boys could go outside while we were arriving/packing up (ie not driving us crazy!) and the location and even layout of resort was awesome. I wish I had stayed longer and I hope I can get the exact same unit next time (yes, there will be a next time! I don’t usually go back twice but I didn’t get enough Noosa on this trip and this place was in the PERFECT location for all the things I love: restaurants, beach, nature trail, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop - for the kids obvs. ) We had a car but didn’t use it once the whole time! We got a bus from the bus station accross the road to everywhere we wanted to go that wasn’t in the town (eg boat/kayaking and sunset rivercruise) and for groceries I got Uber eats to deliver a Cole’s shop so I really felt like I was winning in life on this trip! Coffee shop at the entrance was the best, every morning I’d go and grab two coffees and take them back to the apartment to sip in the morning sun in the garden while the kids ate their breakfast and played. We only had three night but wish I’d stayed a week. The unit we were in was Number 10.

It's such a convenient location. The layout of the apartment is great. Good-sized apartment with everything you need in the kitchen. Staff were helpful.

It was a bit noisy in the mornings with chairs being moved around in the apartment above us. The blinds in both bathrooms had mould on the inside (showed when rolled down). The ensuite shower leaked over the floor even when directing the shower head towards the wall. The water didn't drain well on the bathroom floor. .

Location is great. Just metres from the beach and the surf club. At least three places just outside the door where you can get coffee. Grill'd burgers just outside, A number of other restaurants a few metres away. The bus station is just a minute or so walk - you'll need a Go card to get around (e.g., Eumundi markets, Noosaville, Peregian Beach), but the bus service is excellent. No need to have a car, although Ocean Breeze has parking for guests.

If you want to stream Netflix etc., you'll need to bring your own account details. Don't forget to logout when you leave.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family (2 kids aged 4 and 7 months). Centrally located with under a minute to Hastings street, the beach and the National park, it made life easy. Despite being on the street you could barely hear the road traffic. Rooms were modern and clean. The layout of the apartment was great, with two ensuites off each room, and blackout blinds on the main bedroom (which was perfect with bubs). We had friends stay at French Quarter and the Sebel and their apartments were tiny compared to ours. We ended up having family dinners at ours with everyone, because we had the biggest kitchen/lounge. The pool is heated and around a metre deep, so it suited our four year old. If you’ve got older teens it might not be great for them, but then the beach is so close. We’d definitely go back here, and recommend it to other families.

We had a ground floor unit outside the pool and the blinds in the kids room were very average and let a lot of the light in. It was also bright in the lounge at night. But honestly, they’re nitpicks. Oh, will also mention that the car park has a low entry, so we had to take our roof racks off to get in.

Great location, so close to glorious coastal walk. Kitchen excellent, bed super comfortable, lovely furniture, outdoor area attractive, clean barbecue. Staff very helpful.Always have a carpark.Quiet end of Hastings street

Our room’s curtains had mould on them. Could do with a good clean.Floor dirty. We always took our shoes off on entering however our feet always soiled.Dust on on bed head. Wooden ramp rotting in some sections.

Had everything we needed and was close to shops etc. We had a great stay.

Somethings that could be considered: As someone who has a partner that struggles with stairs, it would have been good to have a elevator. A bonus would be to have a coffee machine in the room (being fussing!!) but it was easy enough to head downstairs to grab one. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, some mould in the shower and grout on floor was very dirty.

Super clean with modern facilities. Everything you need for a family for the perfect Noosa stay. Particularly liked the security getting into building after hours. Absolutely fabulous coffee just downstairs the ramp at Tanglewood. Location is just perfect. Staff always greet you with a friendly smile.

Absolutely zero it is perfect and cannot wait to return.
