It was very quiet . The room we had was lovely and clean and comfortable. We opted for a more expensive room which gave us access to the mini bar so that was quite nice to have a Cold beer after a long drive. One thing I do want to mention is the addition of a little scrunchie in with the ladies shower cap. I have never seen this before even in five star hotels. A really nice thoughtful touch especially for ladies with long hair. Just one thing to remember, on the weekends the restaurant isn’t open but they do offer room service and our dinner was delicious

Bit of a mix up with breakfast. Someone forgot to put the order in but after we rang reception it was sorted pretty quick. It was a bit hurried as we were getting close to check out time but sometimes these things happen.

The motel was well appointed, clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room and the motel facilities met my expectations, and I would recommend the motel to friends and family.

I thought the price of the room for one night during winter was not great value for money since I was not likely to be using facilities such as the pool. The motel is a little far to walk to shops and restaurants in the CBD.

Great place friendly staff. The location is great very quiet, the rooms are very comfortable and staff are excellent. Heaps of water and milk and all cooking facilities if youre so inclined.

the WIfi was not good. Dropped out even when simply browsing on my laptop. I was not able to watch a whole movie on Netflix as it continually slowed or dropped out

great staff, great facilities (pool, restaurant etc) beds are comfy and air con in each room has always been on when we check in which is a nice touch.

the rooms are getting a little tired. this is our 3rd year staying in a row, it’s not overly cheap and on our arrival the towel rail fell off the wall, the aircon remote is loosely fixed and the security latch on the front door is missing. Doesn’t have smart TV’s (every single other Motel we’ve stayed at does across QLD & NSW.) only minor things and we love staying here. but it might be time to look at some minor refurbs to keep the rooms in good condition.

The staff were always so friendly and wonderful. Room service was always served hot and delicious. The cafe was open at a great time for breakfast and the food delicious. The staff were again, fantastic. Steak is cooked perfectly, chips are crunchy and salty, the Explorers Burger tasted like homemade patty and so juicy and delicious, vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. Loved that the room was cooled before I arrived, and it's always wonderfully quiet. No lights from outside shine into the room either, which is perfect because I'm a light sleeper. I LOVE buscuits with the tea and coffee station!

Nothing really. The tiniest little issue was that room 413 doesn't have a phone, but that isn't really a problem and I understand that room just had some wiring issues that were being worked on. The no-phone was overcome by just calling reception from my own mobile, so it's like, not even an issue.

Really nice accommodation with good facilities, close to town and well positioned. The staff are friendly and the property in general is just pleasant.

I realise it was the Christmas period but the bar and restaurant were closed on both of my stays, and despite being told room service was available, when I tried to order no one answered the phone. This is the only issue I had, the rest of the stay was wonderful.

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating - allowing me to check in early. Onsite restaurant is a great advantage even though I didn't eat there.

There was no cutlery in the first room I stayed in, is a little way out of town if you were going to an event in the CBD.

We stay here every time we go through Roma. Staff are great, lovely restaurant, rooms are always clean & well priced. It was great to able to have our little dogs at the venue, made travelling so much easier. They are very helpful when travelling with trailers, etc. They even delivered our kids desert back to the room with their little cart, kids thought it was great.

We can not fault the accommodation, restaurant, staff or service. We have had a great experience every time, There is never a problem with kids, pets or oversized vehicles. They cater to all kinds of requirements & requests.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was well laid out and the shower had fabulous water pressure. The beds were firm but comfortable.

The soap dispenser and shower shelf were in awkward positions bumped my head on the shelf and knocked the soap dispenser so may times.

Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. Perfect for our family. Room service was a plus so we didn’t have to worry about taking the kids out after a long day of driving. Hands down the staff were absolutely brilliant, everyone was so happy, positive and welcoming. Especially the young guy at reception, what an actual asset! Beyond helpful! Have stayed here a couple times and has always been great! Will continue to come back and recommend.
