You could not beat the location. Nice and quiet room that had plenty of space. Very comfy lounge area Bed was comfy

If I have to critsise something it would be signs on doors and kitchens about additional charges. Eg. $1 for an extra roll of toilet paper or the other one, you will be charged $80 for kitchen clean up. I think the additional toilet paper charge is a bit stingy and there is a way of presenting the info about kitchen clean in a less barky tone. It's not a hostel!

Emerald is in a great location on Hasting Street and the rear access meant no negotiating with traffic on Hasting. Access to towers is great and easy to get in and out. I did not use the pool/spa facilities but looked well maintained and inviting. The older style rooms are spacious and will appointed as are the common areas the same all tastefully updated. Although is did not utilize the full size kitchen would be a great option for a family holiday with the ability to eat in instead of out. Air conditioning worked very well as got to experience heat and cool due to weather. As it is located on Hasting Street location to shops, food and beach is self explanatory. It was easy to get out to catch up with family staying in other accommodation on Hasting.

Great location, great sized apartment, and the dining and lounge furniture was very nice, modern and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet for a great sleep. The pool is nice and big with some undercover area. Overall good value for money.

The beds are a bit soft and you sink in the middle of them. The staff weren’t the friendliest compared to other places we have stayed nearby. They weren’t rude, but for example they didn’t welcome you when you walked through reception or go out of their way to be friendly like other places in Noosa have. There weren’t umbrellas for guests to use when raining or beach cabanas to hire.

Cannot thank Alyssa enough for her help in moving us to a better room when we arrived. Our original room was nice but a renovated room became available which was absolutely beautiful and much more homely for our week stay- thank you Alyssa ! ! !

Just wish the pool was in a better location - not that big a deal but wasn’t very open. Nice and warm though so that was a nice surprise in Noosa winter :-)

Outstanding accommodation. Facilities were excellent. room was clean, pool was amazing and room size was great for a family. Location was 10/10, staff were friendly and helpful and grounds were clean and tidy all the time. I couldn't fault the resort, we were more than satisfied and will definately return !

If I had to be picky, the bed mattress in the main room in our apartment should be updated. It did feel worn (very very soft) and you could feel the springs in spots.

To split the second bedroom from a double to a twin they were going to charge $50 which I think is unreasonable. While general apartment was clean, the shelving in bedrooms was very dusty and we all kept our clothes in suitcases

We were in a Penthouse which was modern, light and comfortable. Property is on Hasting street and close to the beach so easy access.

We were initially put into a dark apartment that smelled of bleach. Blind in lounge facing carpark was broken, so people could look in. We asked to be moved. Staff were very helpful and changed us to a nice apartment.

Location was perfect! The size and layout of the apartment was also excellent! Huge kitchen and living, plenty of natural light. Staff all friendly and catered to our requests perfectly, offered late checkout when asked. Thank you!

The pool area was clean and tidy but didn’t get any sun, it was a bit dark and in the shadows. We also had a huge penthouse rooftop that was unfurnished. We were very grateful when the manager offered the use of the adjacent roof. First world problems!

Spacious 2 bdm appartment,on main commercial street,close to many restaurants, close to wedding venues, manager very generous to give me late checkout...

Ground floor restaurant next door quite noisy,but only on fri nite to sun nite....if i had known,i would have booked the towers further back from hastings st...

Location provided easy walk access to shops, restaurants, buses, ferry, beach & natural park. Large apartment with laundry, cooking & BBQ facilities. Aircon & fans Quiet, relaxing surroundings. Easy access parking

Recycle could have been done better. The ensuite bathroom had mould on the roof over the shower area - needed to be cleaned otherwise property very clean. Coasters were not available.
