I liked how nothing was missing eg everything you needed was there, coffee, biscuits, cups, plates, toaster, etc. It was lovely not necessarily having to go into the office and wait to be served. The key box was a novel idea. Maybe a little booklet with possible sightseeing ideas, especially the “gorgeous gem next door. Garden Centre”. We didn’t realise it was so beautiful and we would have visited twice, if we had realised earlier. I must say, whoever does your gardens and pot plants and the cleaning of units, does an excellent job. We definitely will be back and recommend your Motel to others. Thankyou for everything. We enjoyed our stay.

It’s not a big deal but the painting of the bathroom could have some help. It certainly didn’t bother us but maybe it would bother some.

Lovely, quiet, and within walking distance to town and takeaway shops. Beautiful, stunning, and magical garden centre next door where we had breakfast. A gorgeous, inexpensive place to eat with fresh chef made meals surrounded by a magical fairy garden. I believe this is owned by the man and lady who own/run the motor inn. Beautiful, kind, and caring lady by the name of Sue. The decor and everything about the garden centre, with amazing Xmas decorated trees in the gift shop, is just magical. The motor inn was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

The pool needed to be cleaned if you wanted a swim. We just dangled our feet in it.

The motel is on the main street at the start of town. The motel facilities are simply laid out with an easy walk between Reception and the cabins. Single open air car parking works well when everyone parks in front of their own unit. The cleaning staff are efficient and friendly, and Sue at Reception is gracious and friendly. The hot water was a reliable supply, the bar fridge was a decent size to fit a couple of days worth of supplies as the restaurant is currently a storeroom. However next door there is a sweet little garden shop with cafe (albeit currently for sale).

The pool was green and murky so sadly we could not use it to cool off from the heat of each day.

The room had large bench space for wife and my luggage. There were plenty of power points for charging stations. The bathroom sink had a high water outlet, allowing easy filling of the electric kettle - many motels don't! A/C was effective and quiet. Even though we were near the front, noise was never a problem. Loved the text informing us of how to obtain the key if coming in late. Thoughtful!

The toilet took forever to fill the cistern. Suspect the valve was faulty. Tap had no handle, so maybe it was reduced too much?? (Unit 3). Otherwise, very happy with the unit overall, and price.

Had breakfast at the cafe next door. Every time I’ve been to this cafe, 3rd time now, trying something new on the menu never disappoints! The flavours they combine are amazing! Love this cafe! While we were waiting for our food, we experienced the beautiful detail of the plants, the chickens, the dress shop, gelato shop and the goats! It all works! Love it!

It would have been nice to have a box of tissues in our room. I also wanted to use a tea towel but there wasn’t one. Only small details but I noticed them.

Rooms were well set up with a microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and they were very tidy. Location to the Main Street was great. Parking outside the door. Breakfast at the cafe next door in the garden centre was to die for.

The lock on the door was very flimsy. Unfortunately due to some emergency there was no one on site. The pool was green. We could not swim and we could not find the wifi password. The room was decorated very tastefully but the bathroom was a shocker. I wore thongs in the shower.

I loved the well maintained gardens and the window to look out. The room was nice and quiet. There is nothing better than comfy beds and this room had everything you could need a fridge, great shower, aircon, microwave and more. I loved the decore and dipped my feet in the pool. The room was very spacious and I totally recommend it. Oh and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and lovely.

No, it was wonderful. It was too cool to swim, but the pool area needed a bit of maintenance as the deck was a little uneven. The pool area looked lovely, though.

Very clean room, bed was comfy, this is our second time staying here now, and it will be the one we choose every time, it smelled so clean when we walked in, excellent clean room and the beds looked lovely.

We wished we could get more tv channels, there was nothing to watch as the channels you get are terrible, so we just had to sit there and use our iPads, which we had to use our Mobile data because the Wi-Fi password they give you wouldn’t work on any of our devices, same thing as last time, so there really isn’t anything to do.

The motel is centrally located. Whilst on a main road, the noise wasn't an issue. I would stay there again.

Not a deal breaker but there was no milk in the room, even though there was tea, sugar and tea making facilities. There also wasn't any toiletry items that are usually in motel rooms eg shampoo and conditioner. There were soap dispensers - one empty and the other not working. Whilst the room was clean and tidy, paint was badly flaking off the bathroom walls in need of maintenance.

Handy location with a short drive to shops. Bed was comfortable. Air con cooled us nicely. Roomy shower.

Smokers in other units were able to smoke outside their room and dependant on how the wind blew, we would smell the smoke. Not ok at all, as this is against the law. Smokers are supposed to be about 10metres away from a building. My husband suffers from asthma and we were unable to enjoy sitting outside our room on lovely warm evenings as often as we would have liked. Other people on numerous occasions took our car park.
