Beautiful hotel. Luxurious in appearance. Very clean. Staff were all wonderful. I believe Darryl is the owner and a wonderfully kind and thoughtful gentleman he is. He saw my elderly mum wasn’t joining us for dinner and asked if we wanted some food taken to the room for her. The restaurant food was exceptional. The pork sirloin was perfectly cooked and the toppings were delicious. The sticky date pudding presentation was a work of art. I’ve never seen that done that way before. Michael the chef is amazing. The young lady serving us was wonderfully helpful, friendly and patient and the morning concierge friendly, engaging and helpful in suggesting a place for breakfast (they don’t serve breakfast in the restaurant on weekends). It was very quiet at night despite being on the Main Street and a Saturday night. The shower was very roomy.

Check in a breeze, rooms are awesome with comfortable beds, modern facilities, pod coffee, comfy beds and complimentary water. It was the little touches such as high end cousins, great quality pillows and power outlets that had USB charging that I really liked. The restaurant was also excellent! Food was well presented and the cost reasonable. If you stay in a Luxe Suite the Steam Shower is a little piece of indulgence that should not be missed!

The staff were all very welcoming and polite. The hotel dining room was excellent and the meal was delicious - as was the breakfast. Our room was spotless and the bathroom very modern and functional. Obviously the best place to stay in Port Pirie.

Great location, nice & clean rooms. Very comfortable. This is the first hotel I have seen with a sliding shower door. It works brilliantly (especially for a small bathroom). The restaurant was superb too. Just make sure you book first as there is limited seats.

Toilet seat moved when you sat on it. Rusty door frame in bathroonm. Not a fan of the shower, awkward set up when trying to keep your hair from getting wet. Bathroom vanity very low & strange that the fridge was in the wardrobe. Bathroom lighting not good for putting on makeup.

We like everything the hotel had to offer. The host Jamie was wonderful. He was friendly , welcoming and most helpful. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge about the area and places we were travelling to. We felt very relaxed and cared for.

There was no breakfast, however it was easy to go to nearby cafe/eateries for breakfast.

The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. I had a late check in at 6pm on a Sunday and he was there to help me out. The rooms are so clean and the showers were amazing. It was such a nice place to stay in.

I don’t have any faults, the Netflix wasn’t working but that wasn’t a big deal and I’m sure if I asked for help they would’ve fixed it.

Absolutely love this hotel such a nice feel about it. The man on the reception desk was very welcoming and friendly. A nice comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful friendly staff to greet us. Lovely spacious room that was very clean and felt very classy. Free wifi and streaming services. Close to food outlets with the option to dine in house also. Felt very safe. Friendly housekeeping.

The bed didn’t really suit me because of an existing back complaint. The bed was soft. My husband and son found them comfortable though.

The friendly staff were amazing and the high standard of the room was a delight. The dining room is small but wonderful, with excellent wines and menu, beautifully cooked and presented. Thank you!
